The customer service here is AWESOME!!! The staff Christine us very much helpful, very acccomodating, very pleasant to talk too in many ways, she’ll try her best to help you the best she can on finding an option on making payments of my loan. Have only used the money order services and have been met with friendly cashier/employees. This location is on the busier side and luckily they have divided the "loan" side of the business with a separate window/employees to the other check cashing/money order side. Unfortunately, I was initially going to give a glowing review for the discounted money orders that I received last month for 25 cent each. Then come this month to find the price raised and had to pay $5 for using a payment method other than cash. Completely the opposite of saving money, when Wally World (aka Wal-mart) charges $1 and no fee for using your debit card. Will no longer be coming here for money services.

Forget about cashing a check on a weekend. Since they cant verify the check they wont do it. Was told to come back on Monday. I am trying to cash during the weekend because banks are closed...i might as well go to my bank on monday.

I’ve been coming here for many years now. This older lady that always works there is rude had a bad stinky attitude. She shouldn’t work in customer service. People feel very uncomfortable when they go there can’t even answer a simple question and always has a bad attitude for some reason. This needs change
