10/26/2023Worst experience at this branch located inside on the Vons in Eastlake . Experienced a very rude, aggressive, prejudice branch manager. Will not be returning likely to close my account I was disgusted with the service I received from this angry man. Please visit a different location

Very good telephone and in-person attention, they know the procedures and are interested in your case. I spoke to request another debit card because they had canceled the one I had for protection and they did everything very quickly and by phone. Thank you

This branch denied my elderly mother funds she is legally entitled to from my deceased father's account. They refused her when she presented all the proper documentation and the letter she received from his old account. Sehar, who presented herself as the assistant bank manager, initially said we can help you and we will look into it...she not only did not call back but she reversed course a week later and told my mother "no" and brushed her off. My mother complained to me Sehar made her feel stupid and small. We spoke to a few banking managers in town that told us what the EASTLAKE BRANCH did is unethical and they are supposed to act on the letter immediately. Sehar also refused to give her full name so I mean that doesn't sound fishy at all right? My mother asked if she could document their interaction and again she refused. Had the bank not handed over the funds by the cutoff date my father's money would have defaulted to the State of CA and that's that. The EASTLAKE BRANCH likes discriminating against elderly customers with their unethical practices and withholding money from a surviving widow who is trying to make do. Absolutely disgusting. To put it in perspective my mother went to a US Bank in National City and guess what? They resolved her issue in a matter of days and she will get the funds rightfully owed to her. It was as simple as turning in a notarized form. The EASTLAKE BRANCH AND SEHAR is what is wrong with the banking system. No problems taking your money but giving it back? As Sehar would say: No. Go away. Do not bank at this branch!

I come in early morning to do a wire transfer and was told I needed to come back because the manager was the only one that could approve wire transfers, SO, came back later in the day., I have been waiting in the bank for over an hr and no confirmation yet. It's 1315(1pm) they close wire transfers at 1400(2pm) this should be a quick transaction.... but horrible experience at this branch ........will need to think about taking my business elsewhere .

Efficient service and usually not a long wait time. They're always willing to hear you out even if there is no immediate resolution to your issues. Fortunately, I was able to speak to the "branch" manager and had everything resolved rather quickly.

Do not bank with us bank! They will steal your money. Their app will always manage to show you available balance so that you keep spending money so that they can charge you the overdraft fee. They charged me $108 worth of overdraft fees the same day when my account would you an available balance and they would not do anything about it.

I came in for some help at the US Bank located in the Vons in Chula Vista and there was a women by the name of Karely that was really nice. She helped me out and I was on my wayPeople like her are hard to find with good customer service! So if you need anything she is the one I would go see.

Came to open an account while my son was in town. The teller asked me to come back tomorrow from 10- 5. I was there an hour before they closed. Very poor customer service. They obviously don't want my business. She must of had to go home early. She kept on insisting for me to come back tomorrow and she could help me tomorrow. I told her my son was only in town today. I am very upset I never have problems with Wells Fargo. The only reason I was opening an account with US Bank is because there is one close to his college. With this poor customer service I don't think it is a big deal for him to go to the Wells Fargo location a block away. I have been with Wells Fargo for 30 years and never experienced poor customer service. Thanks US Bank for showing me that I have chosen a bank that appreciates my business and that I am a valuable customer!

Spoke with Yajaira, she was able to help me get ahold of my online bank statements . Unfortunately I had called 2 other US bank branches which they were rude and couldn't help me , luckily yajaira took the time out of her day . Very helpful and friendly staff

Very good customer service!! Tellers are very nice, and the manager, Carina Salgado, is a very professional and helpful person. Every time I visit this branch she has an answer to all of my questions!
