Poor customer service, it took 3 employees to do a simple Amazon return. I never had any issues before. It seems like these employees don't have the experience and don't know what they are doing. The first employee mixed up my packages the second employee that helped the first one couldn't figure out the problem or any solution. Finally the third employee had fix the issue and told me everything was all figured out and gave me my package tracking number and my receipt for shipping cost , for them to return my package. I left the store concern and unsatisfied.

I’ve been using them for over a year. I Guess i cling on people. They’ve always been nice to me. I have to admit it’s feast or famine there. But service is great. I always have great saying about them! Love it!

I'm not happy with the customer service provided. I went in to print out a few documents for my work presentation and they printed out incorrectly. Usually they ask how you want it printed out, but didn't even ask me questions. All I was asked was if I was ok paying $1 for each copy. Long story short , they printed my documents incorrectly and I still had to pay for them. They didn't even offer a solution to fix it. Horrible

This place is the worst! There is zero customer service, it’s very busy at all times and the owner is rude. The owner was accusatory and even when I agreed to their policy of extra fees or stated I was wrong that they didn’t give me my package the two previous times I was there- he kept talking and wanting to fight. It’s ridiculous.I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through what I had to. We just closed our mail box and will never go back.

They charged me $1 for tape for my amazon return pre pay level, I re used the same box only need little tape to closed it but they still charge me. I say ok no problem the guy took the money and gives me the receipt like he don't want my business there. Very unprofessional customer service, one star would be a lot for this place.

It was quite a frustrating experience when it took three individuals more than 20 minutes just to print a simple double-sided document. Unfortunately, there was no solution offered except for my suggestion to print one side at a time and manually flip the paper in the printer. To add to the disappointment, the printers eventually ran out of toner.I must say, if you're looking for basic print services, it's best not to waste your time coming to this place. It's disheartening to see that a copy, print, and ship store, which claims to offer a wide range of services, can only fulfill about 67% of their promises. It's truly a sad situation.The final remark from the representative was, "Sorry, we sometimes run out of supplies." But how can a store that specializes in these services frequently find themselves in such a predicament?

Rude unstable owner, Cesar, yelled at me, humiliated me in front of a lot of people for using eBay scans, he said he wasn’t making money, that I only use his store for free, scale and measuring tape, for 2 years I spent thousands and they never said anything until I started eBay QRs, emotionally unstable, employees looked scared.

Absolute terrible company. TRIED 3 times to get my package delivered to my house. They want a signature for the package. So I was home all of those three times. And not once did they show up !! They want a damn signature for tank tops. I keep telling them ok I am home ALL day so make sure you actually show up at my door and not at my mailbox expecting me to walk out to sign. But nope. I wish if there was a way to refuse all services and deliveries from UPS. I never want to get packages from UPS again. They expected me to go pick it up near by faculty instead. Near Jamul. IM IN CHULA VISTA. I swear. This company sucks.

Super surprised by the low rating but reading into the reviews, a lot seem to be annoyed by Amazon return policies but that's Amazon's rules. It can be tricky because if you get a QR return code, you assume you don't need to box it, especially if there's no return label too. BUT, double check the QR code box to see if it sais "CUSTOMER PACK" meaning you need to put it in a box or those mail pouch things.Great location, plenty of parking and a bunch of other stores around to get a few errands done.

Worst customer service because of the owner. I have never before been descriminated because of being in a wheelchair, the owner of this UPS refuse service just because of being in a wheelchair. He even asked the ups driver to not accept my package. I normally find UPS stores to have very kind workers but not this one!

I don't know why they have such few stars I have always brought my Amazon returns here, they are always friendly and fast. I will continue to go there
