Usually everyone here is friendly and helpful. They are so busy and buried in boxes I feel bad for them taking in so much mess from most likely Amazon returns. Thankful they are here and love the self checkout kiosks too

I went into the store today to ship out some returns, Samantha greeted me with a warm smile and great customer service while working two registers. She is an incredible worker and deserves a promotion!

I went here to return a package. I asked about bubble wrapping my return. They told me the price and I said, “You guys are just ripping people off now.” Ben, the employee said, “Well I don’t make the process so don’t be mad at me.” I told him I was aware that he did not make the prices but he was the employee and it’s not like I’m going to call the owner. He goes on and continues to be rude and snarky making multiple other rude comments. I told him to stop with his attitude because I am a customer. I was so shocked he just kept running his mouth the entire time. He did my Amazon return and the envelope was noticeably open, he asked if I was going to close it. I told him I needed a piece of tape. He tells me that I must pay $1.60 for a 4” strip of tape. I said I wasn’t going to pay that and he said he’d mail it like it is, open. I told him that I would come back and he said I couldn’t take it because he already scanned it. So, because he didn’t do his job, he was going to try and force me to pay for tape. I took the label and stuck it to the envelope to close it. I, then snapped a picture of my receipt and used that to tape the other side. I’m sure he’s going to do something to mess up my return. I’ve been to this ups store multiple times and this rudeness has never happened. I just could not believe he was running his mouth at me as if we were arguing in the street. Totally unprofessional. I’d like to be contacted by the manager. If someone could please provide his contact information, Thank you.

Extremely busy today. The line was literally out the door. The two young men working the counter were efficient. Don’t know their names but one was wearing a black beanie with green lettering. The other had long hair. Keep these guys. They move quick, are polite and professional. They kept that line moving fast. I was in line less than 5 minutes. I’m a senior. It’s nice to see hard working young people for a change.

Been there a lot. Quick professional service for Amazon returns. Every staff member I’ve dealt with was pleasant. Also really good at handling stupid people. Saw them deal with an impatient customer with an attitude try to return a Fed Ex package.

Im very very upset I took a amazon return to this location and it never made back to Amazon and the receipt I was given wasn't for my return I feel so ripped off and amazon doesn't wanna give refund and ups said that amazon is who I need to work this issue out with crazy I been dealing with this matter since April 28th 2025 beware shady people work there

This is the ONLY location I have and will ever use for shipping (or my countless Amazon returns). They are always fast, helpful and SO kind. I have been coming here for a couple years now and have literally never had a less than great experience. Even when the line is wrapped, I hop in stress free because I know it will move quickly. 10/10 stars honestly

On 2/3/25, Salomore (I believe is her name) saved me so much time and trouble with a complicated parcel package that required additional maintenance such as taking to another shipping office. However she said in good faith she’ll take care of it. Amazing person, saved me not only time but stress. Thank you Salomore!
