I had an important package delayed, when I called in I was instructed to go pick it up at the warehouse if I needed it that day. After driving all the way there I was told it’s not at the facility and that it was a virtual scan and not physical. Was instructed to wait for it to get delivered the following day, waste of time.

Unable to reach a person. Pending dispute with no help. On multiple occasions state we are not home. When we are because they won't pass mail boxes. Mail boxes on a busy street. So when packages are left.. the are stolen. We are left with disputes. Now I have to take time off work to get a police report... Lol insane

Regularly lies with "attempted delivery." When you call to complain, the automated system doesn't give you that option, tells you to call back, and hangs up on you.

The tracker on the website shows incorrect and misleading updates. The tracker showed that my package was in a truck and being delivered but when I spoke with dispatch they had no idea where my package even was. Who is updating the tracker and showing false information? It has to be someone at the local branch. After 3 days of calling customer service I discovered that even though I gave a correct delivery address, either the manufacturer of my product or someone at UPS imputed extra numbers on my address and even though the delivery driver had made a note that the address was wrong, and I was in constant contact with customer service saying that there’s an issue with delivery, no one could piece together that they had to correct the address issue. The biggest grievance is that everyone I spoke with wanted me to rely on the tracker but the tracker is unreliable. If you’re going to out that much importance on a tracker then the information on it should be accurate. Also, if you’re driver is expressing an issue and you have a customer who is reaching out constantly then why can’t you work the issue out. I had to be a detective and talk to several supervisors and a local dispatcher to correct the issue and if I would have left things alone, my package would have been reported lost when in reality it was stuck at this location. Thankfully some woman named Sara at this facility was nice enough to go looking for my package and talked her manager into letting me pick up my package at the facility so I only had to wait three days for my mattress. And before someone replies telling me to reach out to customer service to discuss my problem, customer service was the problem. There’s is an internal issue with your process that you need to rectify and I’ve done enough work trying to get my package and will not be doing more to help you fix your processes. You guys are the ones getting paid to do a job so you fix it yourself. I will do whatever it takes to not have to rely on this carrier again The extra star I gave was for Sara btw. You guys earned the mandatory 1 star so congratulations.

The website and phone message stated hours of operation. Only for me to drive 30 minutes and use a toll road to get there and the hours changed.

Providing wrong information UPS information shows that The receiver was not available for delivery. We'll make a second attempt the next business day. But I was waiting for package no body showed up or called me at that time first delivery attempt . But UPS online system shows that I it will be delivered by Today, June 15 between 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. but when I contacted the office UPS representatives says it’s wrong it’s system generated update for package package your package will be delivery on next busyness day. Which is Monday but I need the package by today Sat and system also says it will be delivered by today. So it totally confusing.

Everything I have shipped or delivered by UPS has been delayed (sometimes by weeks) and/or broken. I don't know how they are still in business.

UPS located in Boswell Chula Vista. I don't have a problem in customer service. But i do have a problem in lady gate security. She's being sarcastic when questioning about the other security person. When questioning the other security, I told her that I didn't understand what he said because of the distance between us and the noise of the delivery trucks passing by. She said, " he speaks perfectly good english and this is America, right!" I wish she could speak in a professional manner on her job when being approached by customer.

For some reason the gate was closed and locked early. This is the second time. I’ve only seen the security guard close the gate 2 minutes prior to closing. Please speak to staff or update hours if truly closed.

I just wanted to share my nightmare with you. I ordered this keyboard on Thursday and was thrilled to see it shipped so quickly. I checked the tracking and saw it was scheduled for delivery on Friday. I didn’t expect the vendor to use overnight shipping but was happy to see it. I was elated. I organized a get together with some friends for Saturday to test out the piano.Then the nightmare began. I sat in my house ALL DAY Friday waiting for the delivery to arrive since it required a signature. Nothing came. Finally, I went outside only to find a note stuck to my gate. They didn’t even bother to come to my door. Apparently, I was supposed to wait in the front yard.I called UPs (which took at least 30 minutes) and they apologized and assured me it would be delivered Saturday. In fact, he told me the dispatcher would personally call me first thing in the morning. He didn’t. Once again, I sat in my house all day long. I couldn’t even take a shower for fear of missing my delivery. I desperately needed groceries but did not dare leave. I checked the tracking numerous times throughout the day and called several times to try and get an update. There was none. All it said was “out for delivery”. Well, once again, it never came. Now it says it’s not arriving until Monday.It is inhuman to make people sit ALL DAY LONG for days on end afraid to go to the bathroom or walk into the backyard for some air. It is the worst form of torture. These people are monsters.
