This is one of the cleanest stores and helpful. The employees go out of their way and take the time to help you with your project or shipping. Great location also!

Eric a representative at the store was very rude . When asking questions you need to understand that we as customers do not know your sales process . So please be mindful of that .
Aside from that rude encounter
another representative helped me “victor” was very nice . .
Definitely will think twice before coming to this location again .

Alex, the store manager here was incredibly helpful in finding a way to ship a large work of art across the country, guiding me through insurance options and delivery/pick-up options to confirm receipt.

I needed to do an Amazon return, and this was the closest to me. It was a little hard to find parking, but not a big deal. The employees working there are quick. There was no one else at the time, and I just set the package on the scale, he scanned my barcode, and gave me the receipt. They didn’t charge any fees or anything. It was very fast. Will definitely come again for any returns or other services.

I have had my mailbox here at UPS Telegraph Canyon for more than 10 years and I have never had any problems, all the guys are very friendly, I usually go once a week and they have always treated me in an exceptional way. If it were just them I would give the store a top rating but they came out with a new rule that they only give 5 days later per day per package they are going to charge 5-7 dollars and right now in these times where you go to the store and you have to ask for everything online because there is none and Amazon is the boom, it seems like a rule that is too extreme to implement from one month to the next with which I do not agree.
It is quite complicated to change my address since I have been using it for so many years for all important stationery.
I'm already stressed out by the traffic, the long lines every 4 days because the packages are not delivered the day they arrive and I'm not going to pay $500-700 if one week I get sick or go on a trip and I can't go just to receive packages. from Amazon from 10-30 dollars.
Before they gave you 7 days and charged 5 dollars per package, it seemed more reasonable to me!
I guess if they don't give me a package, the owner is not going to pay me per day or for gas to return the next day. You should look for another solution that is more pleasant for all your clients because it would be a shame to have to change with such good treatment that I have had all these years.

This UPS store was so efficient and friendly. I would definitely go here again for my shipping needs. Issac was so helpful and kind. What a great employee you guys have! The telegraph Canyon, Chula Vista location is where I went. This was my first visit here I would definitely come back.

We come here for our mail and the staff is amazing!!! They are always so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you with your mail needs. Anything less than 5 stars isn’t fair. The parking might be tight but that’s not as important as how good their service is here. It’s rare to come across such professional people who also treat you like a friend!

The associates are knowledgeable and always courteous. The lines can be very long depending upon time of day/day of week, but that does not reflect poorly on the store or employees.
