The people that I delt with on Monday didn't understand what I needed and were not at all helpful. the Man on tues. and Wed. took care of everything and was very helpful, explained everything and stopped my notion of cancelling the insurance.

Staff are professional and honest. Although they were not able to fix my phone, ( I was reimbursed the $$ I had paid) they did return it in working condition. The issue is that I can't use the finger print/clicker and I wasn't able to turn the phone ON. Now it's on and they instructed me to double tap.
