“I had a small nail on my 2021 crv. Went to 2 locations in which I was quoted needing 2 tires for about $500 total. But knowing from my brother in law that I can get it patched up. I went to this location due to the reviews. As soon i went in i was welcomed by Jose a true professional who quoted me $25 and finish under the 20 minutes he said it would take. While paying i wanted to tip Jose $10 but he kindly refused my tip. I will definitely refer this location to family and friends. With so many business scamming what they think is an ignorant customer this location is honest and very well priced. This location and Jose deserve 10 stars. Do not be fooled by the look of this place because Jose and the others are professionals and outstanding!!!!”

A problem the dealer took 2 weeks to figure out. When the dealer fixed this issue after taking two weeks to figure it out, their repair only lasted a couple months before it broke again. I was so annoyed, I never tried to fix it again. Then I moved to CA and had to get it fixed to pass smog test. Best Auto Repair diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 24 hours. It’s been 7 months and the problem remains fixed! Such a nice group of people too! I love the feeling you get from a truly family owned business. I won’t use anyone else from now on.”

As stated in previous reviews, Hector is without a doubt the most professional and honest mechanic I have met in over 55 years of driving.
Hector’s expertise and integrity combined with his ability to explain the reasons various maintenance actions are required, both verbally and with photos of your car, provides a thorough understanding not only of vehicle issues, but Hector’s thoughtful and logical “it must make sense” approach and thought process.
Price-points are very reasonable, but even more important, we don’t have words strong enough to convey how much trust and confidence we have in Hector and by extension his entire team. Hector is without a doubt the most professional and honest mechanic I have met in over 55 years. His ability to explain the complicated computer-driven inner workings of today's engines in layman's terms was phenomenal. I had total confidence in him within minutes of meeting him. His first recommendation to fix my issue did not include bringing my vehicle to him. i.e....unlike a local car dealership, Hector was totally focused on fixing my problem, not how much he would be able to charge me. Hector's expertise was ultimately needed to solve my issue, but he did it at a mere fraction of the cost compared to what a local dealer had quoted. The issue on my car was self-induced by lack of preventive maintenance, but Hector's expertise and analytical approach made this lesson-learned pricey enough not to forget maintenance in the future, but a heck of a lot less expensive than posed by the dealership. Hector's sincere, candid, and forthright approach provided not only assurance that he runs a caring, trustworthy, and ultra-professional car repair business, but that he instills those qualities in all those who work for him. “I got a flat tire on my way home. Had a razor blade stuck in middle of tire. Called these guys. They picked up right away. Super nice and professional. I got pricing up front. They come to you which is great. They brought me a new tire but they were actually able to patch up my existing tire and I was on my way. Definitely recommend them. Especially if your car tire is too flat to drive this mobile service is great.”
“The guy who works there Robert. Tell me my car needed some replacement parts, water pump, power steering etc. my car was overheating and I asked him if the radiator was a problem he told me no and proceeded to charge me almost $1,000 call me again saying the radiator was a problem and I'll be charged for the additional parts Plus the radiator now paying over $1,600. Very unprofessional, was drunk texting me and arguing (He admitted). My car left the shop worse than when I brought it in. When I got it back no overheating but now my engine shakes. Talked to me and told me it was my fault we changed the wrong parts after I asked him to check my radiator and he said it was fine.
Update it is now 05/20/25 my car still has more issues then when I took it to him and I've complained to the BBB and no response from the company or the mechanic,he will now be sued,I took it to a specialist to get it properly fixed. The BBB and BAR have docked them points...be careful”
