Ok so nothing against these guys personally theyre actually very nice at this location. But UPS in general. Talk about a fallen empire.
I pick up at access points so the package doesn't sit on my porch. But that's an option that basically means your package could be anywhere. Tracking gone. Could be at the warehouse. Could be with a driver. Might come today. Might not. Might be sent back to the warehouse. GF yourself UPS.

Mariel was extremely helpful with the information I needed for my business and she has a great personality. Could have been stuck in the store talking with her all day if I didn't have other things I needed to get handled.

Every time I come to this ups the guy in the afternoon has a horrible attitude. My family and I hate coming to this location cause of him. If he’s not happy with job or pay he really shouldn’t be taking it out on customer’s and making them feel uncomfortable.

Super long wait time.They don't do passport photos. The site says they do, and you can make an appointment but you will show up and they will say they don't do them. That is what I went through. They said I could probably do it at CVS. Good tip. Thanks for that.

In the beginning it was great. First it started with a few cards not showing up. Then again with my wife her cards couldn't be found when it says they were delivered. Now I'm on the 2nd phone that I have from the site and from USPS saying it was dropped off here with time and date yet it was never checked in and they still have never been found. It's irritating when you pay for a service and some people not all just look at you like oh well it's not our fault. Explain to me why I'm paying for this and why does this keep happening over and over. I just paid 2 months in advance and for what? Every time I've come back and asked about the phone the same thing it's not here without even bothering to physically look for it not depending on what a computer says.

Love there work specially Samantha she took the time extra on my package. She was professional and kind and she cared everybody at that store so definitely recommend they care about your packages. Samantha took care of my package specially, after it was returned she cleaned it up and shipped it back to me, thank you thank you thank you

I needed to ship a large oil painting that has been in the family for 50 years. Samantha took extra care packaging it and making sure it arrived safely.

Don't use this location for picking up any orders or packages. The employees sign for your packages and then steal them. They sign for the deliveries under fake initials, and your package is said to be "lost" when, in reality, it was just stolen by the employees. The only answer is, "You can file a lost claim."

Highly Recommend this store! I've had the best experiences so far (even though I have a rental box there for my business) and receive many packages. The customer service is excellent and everyone I've met treats everyone the same (great) and the manager cares about the customers and the service they're provided. I have had boxes at 2 other stores and the service was not good and I never renewed... I did some checking and I am very glad I found this one! You CAN leave your packages there for a while, they will NOT send them back if you just let them know.. They're easy to work with you! With that said.....***To all the other UPS locations out there - Yes, you are independent (most) and you can allow the customer to leave packages there as long as they want (like this one does) and NOT return them if they're not picked up within 48 hrs. or something.Thanks to everyone at this store for always being so polite and helpful! 5 STARS!!!
