We just recently moved here from Illinois. We worked with Derek and he was fantastic. My wife handled most of the dealings and he was very professional and answered her many questions without any aggravation. I highly recommend them. We've been very happy with our furniture!

This is our 3rd purchase from The Furniture Warehouse. I like walking into the store, picking out what I like, and having it the next day. I've never had an issue with the quality of their products. We're a family of 5 with two labs that run the house and get on the furniture. We changed our flooring and wanted a couch and recliner for a small room. I checked at all around and couldn't find anything that caught my eye. Walking into Furniture Warehouse, we were greeted but not pressured, followed, or hounded. We found two sets we liked, and Joel came over to help us with measurements. We ended up picking a set that was delivered the next day. The color of the set is beautiful. It's so comfortable, and it was a perfect fit for what we needed. Joel was fabulous. The delivery team was fast and efficient. Oh, and they were so respectful of my new floors. They put everything together and ensured it was what I ordered before they left. Overall another easy, fast, and painless interaction at The Furniture Warehouse. By the, I stayed under budget too. We'll be going back to look for a sitting room chair for my office. Thank you so much, Joel and Team. We appreciate you.

Spent a grand total of $1600 with tax on a couch only for it to start sagging just 3 months later. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the couch. So much that I hope someone sees this review and chooses to spend their hard earned money anywhere but here.

Hello, the truth is I am very disappointed
I bought a bedroom and they sent it to me here in Tijuana and it is not the one I ordered and the one they sent me has too many details such as that they had already sold it and they returned it to them. And they tell me that they are going to send me a technician, why do I want a technician if I pay for a new bedroom, not a second-hand one?
The truth is I don't know what to do because THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL for following up...
Too bad it doesn't allow me to share the photos of the damage.
