All employees were great, let me see the facility before signing a contract and did not push me to rent. Offered a great price and incentives plus went over all the details and answered all my questions. Able to get a first floor for similar or lower pricing that competitors were offering for 2nd flr units.Typical facility that keeps gates locked but pos/neg depending on your needs, only can access during business hours for added security.For Active Military, added protection. Make sure you mention if you are.

My husband and I just got a unit here Melisia and her team are amazing they will go out of their way to help you with your storage and moving needs! I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE that is in need of storage!

All the employees were great, friendly and always offered a bottle of water when ever needed. It's small things like that, very much appreciated especially during the summer months! Thank you! Also very clean inside and out! Great location for Eastlake area. Yes highly recommended!

i've been using their services for a little over a year and a half and the customer experience is great! The front office staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Units are clean and spacious. Joey did a wonderful job listening to our needs and getting us the right type of unit.
