Ordered 60$ worth of SDI connectors from these turkeys through Ebay. The item never showed up and they refused to refund or reship. It was on slow shipping so it took me awhile to realize the item didn't arrive, I order lots of stuff for my AV business. Ebay closed the matter and Tektel isn't helping either. I think it's very wrong to charge someone for an item they never received, that's stealing in my books.

I have bought a few items from Tektel. They are the best. The prices are reasonable, they go above and beyond in customer service. Angel is great at reminding me when my guys don't make it there (thank you so much Angel). The quality of the product is top notch and they ship the same day I order. Tektel is great and I like supporting a local business.

I highly recommend tektel. I placed an order and it was shipped right away. One piece was missing and I called. There was no problem and it was handled in minutes. I feel they went out of there way to correct the problem and commend their action. I will definitely use there service again.
