I don't typically write reviews for big corp stores like this but Lina was so kind and the best cashier I've ever had! She made she I got my discounts, and used my circle app. She was so nice, I wanted to give a shoutout to her.

It is passed 12 midnight and I am documenting the struggle I experienced specifically at the TECH (by Marketsource) of the Electronics department of Target. I wouldn't give even 1 star if not because of 1 staff named Leandra who stayed with me and patiently coordinated with her district manager Jose Torres on the phone and Target Eastlake manager Vanessa from 7:40 pm...that I literally finished the troubleshooting at closing time of 9:55 pm. The dilemma and the huge inconvenience would not have happened if the TargetTECH staff named Saul did not lie, if he did not upsell and gave false promises to iPhone customers. I was shocked to know that he is even a team lead, because he doesn't know their products and accurate services. All he wanted, together with his coworker London, was to persuade walking consumers to get an iPhone upgrade at the expense of misrepresenting Target as in-partnership with AT&T and that they have this legit promo. He has told many lies, and before I even mention, upon getting a hold of him tonight on the line with AT&T corporate store, he did not apologize and continued answering back at the AT&T official sales rep, saying: "I don't know why they changed policy now. That's what I know they used to do and it's not my fault they are not accepting your previous iPhone unit". When I said, this is very disappointing and acceptable that all he committed were not the truth and I would make a report about this incident, he arrogantly remarked: "Fine! Do it!". The situation began when I was approached by Saul and quickly and confidently said: "Target Tech department partnered with AT&T with this promo that makes upgrading to the IPhone 15 Plus or Pro-Max for free and limited time offer only so hurry." I said that my iPhone 14 Pro is still very good and i don't want to spend. Saul said "it's Free, you'll only pay tax today". He assured that I'll only be paying around $27.00. He said iPhone will come out with iPhone 16 at the end of this year and my phone will be obsolete and not work anymore.after spending a long talk and I thought I'm okay with the offer, he was so quick to make me choose color of the titanium designs of the iphone 15 Plus and Pro Max. Just when I expected to pay $27, Saul now said: "Oh, you still have a balance with your existing iphone. Not communicated prior to me being at the cashier and feeling I didn't want to waste time. Saul convinced me that it will only be a small amount added to my monthly bill. The worse with the commitments was that Saul said, I could bring home the iphone 15 pro max now, it will have its service ready and I have 15 days to bring my old phone to "ANY AT&T STORE" and they will accept it. I was even the one making sure not to leave Target without surrendering my old phone but Saul just kept guaranteeing that it is an easy process. He said, Target has this promo with AT&T and once I get the new unit, I don't have to do anything, just return my previous iphone 14 to the AT&T store so I did. It is definitely upsetting learning that AT&T's process is to fill up and get shipping label and box. Saul was on speaker phone and admitted saying: "I don't know why. They used to get your old phone". This made me convinced as AT&T sales rep said, next time, only go direct to AT&T. The fear even set in when I was at Target and Tech staff Saul & London were no longer around. Only Leandra gave me a bit of comfort while talking to tech support. Almost gave the scenario that I might need to leave the new iPhone and not have a service until SOS, and complete refund and cancellation of upgrade is done but it is late night and not sure if we will resolve the problem. I had so many problems to mention but the main situation that I wish no one else experience was documented now. I will not want to deal with this untrained staff ever again and I just want to thank Leandra for providing great customer service. I

MOLD MOLD MOLD!!!! When it comes to non-consumption items i go to this Target, but DAM i just had to do a review regarding the BEER section and pretty much anything in the fridge in the back section.... MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD. I stopped buying beer but saw a good Modern Times 6pck of beer and it was cheap it was on sale, so i figured why not! When i grabbed one it was covered in black/white mold.... Grab another and more black/white mold.... I didn't wanna touch mold anymore so i told an employee about it! He brought his supervisor/employee (whoever is above him) ASAP which was awesome for him, thanks for that! i thank you, but the supervisor looked at it and said "well the mold isn't on the can its just on the can holder (can holder is that white plastic that keeps all the cans together)" and i responded with "if you actually look you can see mold all over the aluminum where your mouth goes on the can" and he looked at it again and noticed it and apologized and went to look for more so i can buy it, he came back in 5 minutes gave me a 6 pck and i was on my way. In my head i said to myself "imagine if they just wiped it and said that'll do hahaha" i got paranoid, looked very closely at the cans..... these MotherF****RS literally just wiped the cans and gave it to me, do you know how dangerous that is to human health? What was concerning was the following. -Supervisor/employee literally took a glance from like a foot away, and called it safe.... And it wasn't... and still tried to sell it to me all moldy.... -More than 2, 6 packs were covered in mold (i wasn't gonna investigate and see how many were moldy, not my job) -They didn't clean the area where the moldy cans were after i told them about it (at least get some disinfectant wipes they're a couple aisle's away lmao and wipe down where the cans were) -they "cleaned" the moldy cans and tried to resale it to me (i left them by the chip aisle cause i didn't want no moldy products), i know they cleaned it bc there was like mold residue and you can see dry smear marks. Anyways thats what i had to say, i guess just watch out what consumables you buy from here? Pictures do justice right? imagine how many people have bought beer without really noticing its moldy... just throw it in a cooler and everyone starts drinking, next day everyones sick but jokes that its just a hangover lmaoooo

Every time the wifey and I come here, we over spend. Thanks a lot, Target! They always have some type of deal, or they just have quality merchandise that you can't get at Wallyworld. They have some of my favorite items here, like Harmless Harvest coconut water and my favorite deodorant by Method.

Came in at 7am for the starbucks stanley's immediately was met with a rude target employee who immediately said are you here for the cups? then laughed and said we don't f*ing have any and said nope super loud to us and was trying to get us to leave repeatedly saying that they didn't have any in a rude tone and when we walked away we heard him say idiots, never have felt so unwelcomed into a starbucks target before but he wasn't a starbucks employee he was a target employee very rude and disrespectful

So I know that target is target and you can only expect so much from customer service. But I have to be honest. This target is the worst target I've ever been to. it is not very clean. The quality of customer service is really bad. They have a bunch of young kids working that really don't care. They work the least amount possible just to keep their jobs. and I know this trickles down for Management. This place really needs a lot of help.

Customer service is the worst. Drive up pick-up service is the worst. I called Guest Services and they hung up on me 6 consecutive times. I really do like Target in general, but this location is the worst.

This is more about Vision center. Customer service is great. I picked up my glasses in August and they cracked in October. They replaced my frames that day. I was not without glasses for any time. Happy Customer.P.S. if you don't know where the center is located because you missed the tiny stand right as you enter. Turn right, go past registers, and halfway down look for hanging Vision sign and go right to enter center. If you get lost ask a nice person in red.

I love this target. Everything is organized, and lines are faster than most of the targets
