Do not go to this place. I have been twice, and both times they were closed by 6 even though they had 3 employees there. The sign out front along with Maps shows they are open until 8. They always come up with an excuse as to why. This last time was due to rain, and it hadn't rained in over 3 hours

Most mobile stores I walk into are always busy. Today, I dreaded having to walk in and wait. Often times, I don't mind the wait as long as the individual is friendly and helpful. Jose was the young gentleman who assisted. He is very pleasant and friendly. He made sure I was aware of all the benefits that I qualify for. He didn't try to oversell an item either. He was very personable too. Thank you Jose for making the process seamless.

Came in at 1030 am they told me waiting time it's 40 minutes they call me at 1pm only 2 people in the floor 4 staff in the back won't come out to help the customers horrible experience ? lots off people walk away horrible experience ?

I was having so much trouble with my phone. I spent two hours on customer service they couldn't help me so they sent me to a T-Mobile store in San Ysidro. They also did not help me. They suggested I went to the Apple Store. so I went to the Apple Store. I waited for hours for them to tell me go back to the T-Mobile store so then I went to the one in Eastlake and ADRIAN FIX MY PHONE IN LESS THAN ONE MINUTE. EVERYONE THERE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. I DON'T REMEMBER THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY NAME DOWN, BUT SHE GREETED ME WITH A SMILE.

Upgraded our three phones u see the Go5G Military Plan. The sakes rep, Arvin, left us in the middle of transferring our data to our new phones. Did not even thank us for the business, but high-fived his co-workers on his sales. . Pricing was not even negotiable. No discounts. The only guy who really helped us was Martin. He waited while we completed our data transfer. He was professional and patient.

My impression of this T-Mobile store is that they don't have the best customer service. The guy at the door was a little bit on the rude side. To make matters worse, the wait time was more than an hour on a Tuesday night. This is NOT the first time this has happened. They need to hire more people. I just left and drove to another store and noticed there that the customer service was better and answered my questions in about 20 minutes. I am for sure not going back to this Eastlake location. Too much of a hassle.

Miguel from T Mobile EASTLAKE, Chula Vista California found my husband's lost wallet next to his car. Miguel brought it to our home after his shift to drop it off. We are so grateful for him going out of his way and bringing it to us. We thought it was a goner. Thank you Miguel for being an outstanding person!!!!! Muchas Gracias!

Great customer service. Place was super busy... but the manager and associates made sure to acknowledge everyone that entered. I wanted to purchase a smart watch. When it was my turn to be serviced, I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Bare minimum customer service with no problem solving skills to help the customer. Has an “I can’t help you” attitude” and only cares about customers that will increase their commission that day. Don’t bother going in the store unless you have no choice. I will always call and do my service through online or on the phone. Stores are useless.

I had the store order a phone because they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock and the employee helping me said that the store would take care of trading in the phone after I received the new one. After getting the new phone, suddenly they can’t trade in my old phone. They hadn’t created a shipping label so I could mail the old one in and when I called t-mobile, the agent said that the store never made a shipping label or created any kind of paper trail for the trade in. When I called the store, the employee that answered was trying to get me to go to another store to solve the trade in issue.

I have spent over a month trying get T-Mobile to help me with device. I have done two warranty exchanges and an insurance claim and they want me to pay for a phone out of pocket even though I paid my insurance and the deductible to get a comparable phone.I spent more than five hours on the phone with them yesterday been to three stores and they still will not help me get a phone without paying again.This is how they treat small business accounts. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

We don't normally give out 5 stars, but my wife & I want to give a HUGE shout out to CELINE DU. She is simply a professional. Notable customer service chops, goes above and beyond to assist each person assigned to her, and has an encyclopedia of knowledge of the various systems, products, features & benefits of all things cellular. Watch out for this one. She's going places!!!
