The manager Domenic at this location is incredibly unprofessional and callus, Due to his negligence and non-participatory attitude, I almost almost crashed into the car ahead of me.
I addressed my concern with him, and his response was combative and rude after speaking with other team members at this location I was told that this is how he is and that upper management is not interested in correcting the type of service he renders

Today I went to Chula Vista super star car wash but I was so disappointed, I didn’t get a car wash until I finished and get out with my dirty car. Their machine doesn’t work and the supervisor don’t know how to handle the situation, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, very bad day for me,
