Great experience at this location!!! Everyone was courteous and helpful! They made sure to communicate and listen to our needs. They were great at explaining and clarifying options and plans. Every employee was professional and provided us with an exceptional experience!!

These Companies are Blood Suckers of the Poor. Sure,sure they Provide a "Service" but they take ,take ,take every and ANY opportunity. Late fees, usage of data slowdown, Spotty Service "can you hear me Now". We deserve a A+ Service when we pay $70 to $300 a Month... Tell me IM WRONG. The German's wouldn't put up with that? . I went in to redeem my cups for my T-Mobile rewards and the lady that works there wanted to register me first even though I specified I was just there for the cups, she had an attitude like she own the cups and the store, meanwhile other people came in and got the cups without a need to register or anything. When I went to ask one of the guys why I had to wait and other people didn’t he acted ignorant and said he didn’t know anything while he was the one giving them out and told me I wasn’t going to get any anyways because he had just given the last two. Both workers I talked this day were very unprofessional and need better training to talk to people.

Horrible customer service!!!!So unprofessional and staff seems to hate their job so much they want to make us the customer pay the price. Lady working there today in the afternoon with the long nails makes customers wait until items ran out and then gives no explanation just hides in the back snacking maybe.Made my family and I feel discriminated against since we were there to redeem a reward.NEVER GOING BACK. Prefer to drive a few extra miles to be treated like a human being.

The people make the place especially when dealing w/phone stuff. Jennifer Kornemen is a good soul & really made sure all my needs were met. Didn't pressure an upsale on me. I appreciate the honesty. I'll come back bc of that.

Horrible experience don't remember the employees name but was of no help customer service only was present due to not turning on new phone I bought tried to make phone calls was unable able to had to go back and that's when who ever spoke to me step it up but only because the first employee messed up for having me come back a second time took no regard for anything but not all T-Mobile employees are like that but this location it horrible to the point of no ⭐ for you

I went to this store two weeks ago with my wife to buy 2 new IPhones, but the sales associate name Jennifer insisted us to change our 7 lines plan to a new one with only $5 difference per line but with a lot more benefits (free AAA, Apple TV and more) and also she would give us $800-$900 for each of our old phones (iPhone 12 pro and Samsung S21 ultra plus) as credit of trade value. She showed us numbers to compare both options (keeping our old plan vs the new plan) and explain it was less expensive the new plan because she could give us a lot of money for our old phones. After being 2 hrs there we agreed to change our PLAN because made sense to us getting so many benefits for only $5 more per line plus all the credit for our old phones. But few days later when we got the new bill statement the numbers didn’t match on what we agreed. I called customer services and they told me I was on new plan of $15 more per line. I opened right away a claim and now T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE is investigating this issue. But we feel very disappointed with this sales rep that lied to us. I will never go back to this store ever and I hope T-MOBILE can fix my problem because my bill went up $60 more monthly than I was told it would be.

Whoa! Not surprised about the rating. I hoped my experience was 1 in a million, but it looks like this store has major problems, in general.Went in, because my daughter's iPhone was having a mechanical issue. I believe it was Jenny, that "helped" us out. We were asked if there was insurance on the phone. When she found out there was, she said there was nothing she could do, since we've had the phone more than a year. The only option, she claimed, would be to trade in/upgrade to a new phone and add a new line, and it would only cost me $15.00 MORE a month! What a joke! I already have 5 lines on my account, what would I want to do with another line? Her reply was "I don't know, you could have an extra". She tried to sell us, instead of helping us out. Absolutely ridiculous! We walked out, with the intention of moving my business over to another company, possibly Verizon. Luckily, another T- Mobile store down the street happened to have a more knowledgeable employee.If performance reflects leadership, this store needs a major upgrade.

I went in at the expectation of walking out with a new phone. I was told they didn't have any new iPhone Pro Max 15. I didn't ask for black and then was persuaded to take a blue one. I still want it black. I was told that the phone would be $199 which I had no problem with but Felipe did not tell me that there would be a added fee of sales in tax and also a connection fee for the phone. Before all this transpired I asked for the phone to be sent to the store my address was updated and then he told me I will get it in the mail. Felipe is not a good manager and his communication skills are not there.

I went on a Friday and of course it was crazy busy but Jenni made the wait all worth it once she helped me.She was very kind, nice and patient, answered all of my questions and was very transparent throughout the process of my new device’s activation.I really appreciate her assistance.

Employees to busy and got handed over to 3 different people. Just needed to transfer info to another cell.Get home find that the cell was not connected. Had to drive back and waited to get service. WasLate afternoon.
