I'm from Puerto Vallarta and I couldn't find an AdBlue sensor for a Sprinter at the Mercedes Benz agency, but in 30 days and it was expensive, I called the agency that is in Sandiego and there they had it for 90 USD, super cheap, a relative bought it. and they sent it to me and they attended to me in Spanish

The crew at Southbay Autohaus is the very best. I just bought my Mercedes and these folks came very highly recommended by a friend. I ordered a part cro. Them at almost $100 less expensive that the dealer. The part arrived quickly and they gave me a tour of the shop. Very impressive and really nice owners and employees.

THE place to go if you do care about your Mercedes! I will come again!South Bay Autohaus has exceeded my expectations and I can honestly say that I will never go to a Mercedes Benz dealership again to have my vehicle serviced. South Bay Autohaus is a small shop and I (probably) would have missed it if I hadn't researched it prior to my visit. But let me tell you, from the day I called to make an appointment to the time I went to pick up my CLA, Brent was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you are like me, picky and not necessarily trusting towards mechanics and/or service centers (where you usually are a number amongst other people), make sure to visit SouthBay Autohaus, where none of that applies. Not only they took good care of my car, they didn't overcharge me or tried to up-sell me anything. I went and reached out to several Mercedes Benz dealerships in the San Diego area (SD, El Cajon, Carlsbad, Escondido etc), prior to making an appointment at SBA, and all of them tried to charge me close to $3,000 for a B3 service/60k. Brent was transparent (before and after) about what was done to my vehicle and gave me good advice regarding future services and/or possible repairs.Outstanding service, you have a customer for life!
