Worse than useless. Takes forever to get your supplies, if you ever get them. Customer Service is abominable. I am tired of having to continually call and prod these people to get my supplies. I’m done with them. Do yourself a favor, avoid them at all costs.

Worst company ever to deal with for diabetic supplies!! Find another supplier. Any other company is better than Solara. Supplies were shipped that were NOT ordered and billed. Contact was made and products were shipped back to solara. Five months later they are still calling for payment. Your error, products were returned now quit calling and sending bills. And your representatives areIncredibly rude (rep from 2/29/24)!

I received supplies in December and my insurance was billed. I haven't received ANY supplies since, but my insurance was billed again in February. When I called to check on this, I was told that they bill my insurance monthly despute receiving supplies or not. BIG RED FLAG!!!! I told them to cancel any services with them, and her pain concern was making sure I knew I had to pay my copay for February. I've worked in the medical field for 20+ years and have never heard of such a thing!!

Avoid this company at all costs!! Do not let your doctor use this place. We had such a hard time getting supplies that we had to get an emergency fill at the pharmacy. We then switched to a new company and they continued to send supplies even when my husband said NO on the text prompt. Now we have a large bill for supplies that were delivered to the wrong house. Multiple times we have asked to not send supplies and remove whatever information they have. Our doctor has been fighting with this company along with Tricare and it has been such a horrible experience. We just received two boxes from a neighbor who was sorting through mail in a house that she doesn’t live in and just has her packages taken in her house. She brought them over and we immediately realized what had happened. So I called Solara to get these supplies returned and the first rep that we talked to was the nastiest person ever. After asking multiple times for a supervisor she denied me that and kept over talking me. We hung up and called back. Spoke to a nice girl in billing (I think Kaitlyn or Katie) and she got us over to Victoria in a reorder dept who went above and beyond. She also told us that the notes we had asked her to look at was not in his account and that leads me to believe that these folks have incompetent workers who don’t know how to document what customers asked for. Victoria did her best and made a return label that we are hoping her supervisor approves so we can get this situation taken care of. If not, I will be reaching out to the Pharmacy/Medical Review Board of CA and will file a complaint. I will also be reaching out to corporate as well.

I've had nothing but bad experiences, this last time really just beyond anything I've ever dealt with.I was lied to over and over again by their representatives that my doctor had not sent the necessary paperwork, when I already knew for a fact she had faxed it to them THREE times. After two months of being out of my supplies, making me jump through multiple hoops, putting my poor doctors office through the ringer, I called for an update and they said, "Yes we have all the necessary paperwork now, but we no longer accept your insurance so you must find a new supplier."Thanks for letting me know.I switched to Byram Healthcare, and they processed my doctor's paperwork and my insurance in less to 24hrs and shipped me my supplies.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever had this displeasure working with. They outsource their call center to employees that have no idea what they are doing. I've been lied to and ignored. They don't communicate with each other so you're forced to relay the same information over and over. I don't believe anyone deals with this company by choice. Our insurance companies ensure we're stuck with them, but they're extremely difficult to work with. Avoid this company if you can.

I was charged for two Dexcon Transmitters when I only recieved one. I have had to follow up with this company for almost a month for them to just say that they filled the complete order. Then why have I had to buy another transmitter already and fixing to have to but another. Highway robbery. Let's say we are sending two transmitter, charge for two transmitters and only send one. Diabetes is not a cheap disease to begin with and then a company can get away with doing this. How am I suppose to prove them wrong????? FYI, ANYONE THAT HAS TO PAY OUT OF POCKET---DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY---GO TO SAM'S--THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPR, I PAY HALF THE COST OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wow customer service is extremely rude, they legit talk down to customers and talk back to them as well. Asking questions like why do you want to talk to a manger? What do you mean?It took 7 months from the time I returned items to then finally get a call saying I have final total owed. I never got a bill mailed to with the final total after insurance charges. The disrespect they have from the customers is so bad it’s disgusting.*Update I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman I talked to in diabetic billing said “in regards to what?”I said “for this whole conversation, this whole interaction with the company which I’ll never use again, I’d like to speak to the manager”The billing person said again “why?”She kept denying me to speak with management she kept telling me they are busy and there isn’t anyone to speak to.She told me this conversation is being recorded, I don’t care that it’s recorded. I wanted to talk to management and I wasn’t allowed to.I have never heard of that!The tone of this billing person and the previous people I have spoken to have been awful.I’ll be going online to BBB thanks

This company is horrible!!!! First order sat in shipping for 3 weeks and now the second order is sitting in shipping. Their customer service sucks and you have to insist and be evil to talk to someone not reading a script, then wait on hold forever and they tell you one date then tell you another date of when the supplies are due and none of their dates are right. If you need any kind of supplies find another company because you may never get them from this one. I see I'm not the only one who is having trouble. They are screwing with peoples health and don't care.

They charged me for for 90 days of sensors and only sent me 30. When I called, they said they would send the rest in a few weeks, because "that's just how they do it." Every time I reorder, they tell me a different amount that I have to pay. First it's $800+, then when I question that, it's $400. When I question that, it's a different amount, until we finally get to the actual correct amount I'm supposed to pay. These guys are a disaster.

For a company that is relied upon to supply medical necessities, they make it extremely difficult to trust them. They outsource all of their customer service outside of the country which is great for around the clock responsiveness, but it also poses major problems. One time I was on the phone with a representative trying to do a reorder and I could hear a rooster in the background. I asked if the gentleman works from home, and he replied that he did. This immediately made me uncomfortable with my personal information being given on the line. Additionally, their supply reorder system is abysmal. If I make 4 quarterly orders a year, it is almost a guarantee there will be some type of problem with one or more of those orders. Specifically what prompted me to post this review today was the fact that I got 1/3 of my current order. I was met with a response that "you will be able to get your supplies in December because it benefits you from an insurance standpoint." There was no notice of this, and I am finding it hard to believe that the benefit would be for me and not the company. A lot of these medical supply companies are garbage and we are handcuffed into using one or two major players like Adapt Health/ Solara or US Med and they are for profit businesses that operate without any empathy. I pay all of my bills on time. I have insurance. I go to my regulars checkups, and I am extremely health oriented. The uncertainty with my supplies can be a life or death type of situation, so the inconsistencies are not only unprofessional, it's dangerous. I will be going to the Division of Consumer Affairs in California and will be utilizing my personal resources to file a lawsuit against these companies, so if you're reading this review and having the same difficulties that I am, feel free to jump on board with me.

Horrible experience. My wife's supplies are consistently late, or not delivered at all. I have listened to my wife try to get supplies to only be told they were shipped, which after a phone call we find out no shipment was sent. This has been consistently a month to month issue.Numerous supervisors say they will fix the issue, but it never happens.Avoid this company at all cost.Update:I really appreciate you pasting the same response to me that you have to everyone else that finds your company horrific.The lack of awareness by your response speaks volumes on the company and your care for customers.Again, avoid at all cost.

The worst medical supply company you will ever come across! They offer you an app to use to make your reorder process “more simple” then your orders disappear into thin air with no explanation. I have an issue every single month with this company, it’s always something causing them to delay my NEEDED MEDICAL SUPPLY! The workers barely speak English for 1, they do not document your concerns or complaints. No one cares to follow up with you on issues. Your medical needs and concerns are the LEAST of their priority. You are just another number to them here. Compassion & accountability at an all time low, non existent. I do not know how this place is open or aloud to be ran so poorly. Shame of a company!

Words cannot express how much I DESPISE this company. My son is a type 1 diabetic and every time he needs new supplies, my order is placed under review for WEEKS to the point that he runs out of supplies. I always have to scramble for ways to somehow get supplies until our order arrives. This puts his life at risk and there are absolutely NO words for this level of incompetence. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. On top of that, their apps (they have more than one mobile app for whatever reason) NEVER work, and their phone service is extremely unprofessional. I called just yesterday to figure out where my order is and the person on the phone was very hard to understand and sounded like there was a party going on in the background. I will be doing whatever possible to switch companies, and I hope you stay far away from them as well. You will not regret taking my advice.
