“I went to Aldi grocery store, and was not too happy about having to pay to use a cart, grant it was just a quarter, but I rarely carry change. Anyway, it's a small store with minimal selection, the meats are what I buy, especially the seasoned carne asada.”
“I like the Ralph's here, and having CVS in the same parking lot, plus so close to the hospital, is a real bonus. The parking lot can be a little treacherous, though; people go though it too fast. This Ralph's has good produce, lots of markdowns and quality clearance stuff, plus excellent cheeses and a well-stocked wine and spirits department.”
“Very helpful staff and they have a wide category of stuff for smoke and novelty,in fact I went thru many to look for a glass for SMOK vape and four of them did have until I hit this spot, this is my favorite for shopping, and know secure they have what I'm looking for. I recommend it , you should check it out.”
“This center had been declining a while back, with the closing of Sears and other stores. It is much better, especially with the various choices of restaurants (both sit-down and fast food). Macy's and JC Penney also help it keep going. Construction is in progress where Sears used to be. Have heard it's going to be housing. If so, it would probably infuse the center with some "new life."”

394 E H St, Chula Vista“Sadly I have seen so many shopping centers steadily go downhill the past 5 years.. We have all seen it with our own eyes...
Vacacies, shady retailers, not well lit at night and parking lots full of pot-holes.
Not Terra Nova. Parking lot remarkably well maintained. Great sit down and fast food restaurants. Two great sporting goods stores. Smart and Final is always clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Plenty of banks. An Einstein Bagels which I love. A wonderful local coffee shop. I feel fortunate to live close by. All I can say is this center is very well managed by a professional and experienced property management company. Thanks for that ?”

Chula Vista“They don't have all the stores when they first opened the mall, but I enjoy walking around in the ones they do have, its a nice area, I hope they'll continue to grow”
“This is an outdoor mall, it had a small food court but restaurants don't last, I think there may be one currently still there. A Japanese restaurant. There are many well known restaurants surrounding the town center from the Cheesecake factory, chilli's, Panera, PF Chang's, to a new Italian restaurant Garbatella. It's a huge town center with lots of parking. It even has an AMC theater, Macy's ,and Sephora! There's a great farmers market every Tuesday starting at 4pm. Many more small stores and businesses within the center.”

2310 Proctor Valley Rd, Chula Vista“I like that this place is lit up and not busy at night. Also, the security guards are doing a great job ensuring only HOA community members are there and regularly check valid ID.”
“Fun to walk around just get a good workout. On top of that always great service here you may not find what you want but they do have a lot of things to look for.”
“Positive : a lot of the shopping centers are very close by walking distance.Negative : a lot of homeless people in the area and it smells bad . Also a lot of peculiar activities within the homeless encampment. Some of them can get agresivo so just be careful.”

“I was worried because my taxes were late. I am an idiot when it comes to numbers and taxes. The girl that works there was very helpful and professional. She made a process that is overwhelming every year for me less stressful. I was very happy with the service. Thank You”
“This shopping center is always busy because it has everything. Good food, groceries, delicious restaurants, Koi pond with turtles, doughnuts, doctors, dentists, petco, etc. Parking can be difficult at times but a small issue for such an amazing shopping center.”
