“I recently visited this store to buy a new pair of basic Puma court shoes. The service was great. Very polite, professional and thorough. Prices were great- not as steep as most of the shops I've been checking in the malls & they had what I was looking for in my size in stock!!! The whole process was quick & painless (on the pocket). Will be doing more business there in the near future; my daughter could use a good new pair of tennies. I've already recommended them to my boyfriend. He's got two teenagers & they're always buying shoes.”
“Cynthia behind the men’s fragrance counter was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The cologne that my fiancé wanted was not in stock, so she went out of her way to find it in another location. When we told her we are from out of town so we weren’t able to go to another Macy’s, she looked for a sample size of the cologne in another department so he could at least have that. And she brought me a sample size of another perfume for me to try too!! I thought she was so sweet! Thank you for the great customer service!!”

“Love this Big 5. Why? It is big enough to find what you need but small enough to get in and out relatively quickly. Employees are friendly. Merchandise is very well priced. Plenty of parking outside. Lots to choose from too. I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and plan on continuing to do so. Very well run store IMO... Thank you ?”
