This spot needs to up there game on the car washes! It has declined tremendously! “big boy” in front who ask’s what service you want etc.NEVER vacuum correctly! Always leaving something behind! Today my car came out,and I could see where they missed washing parts of the car…☹️ How does that work at a car wash? I’m done coming here for car washes.
On a brighter note,the young lady at the register (Claudia)was handling business ! Very efficient AND effective running both registers!
Hopefully SHELL we’ll get the car wash right…

Horrible service, pumped gas, and decided to use the bathroom, cleaning lady keep knocking on door to hurry, as I came out she said I took to long, this station need to be audit by the state, it has way to many complains, I also once saw some of the employees from the car wash passing around a little baggy with white substance, not sure what it was because just saw it really fast as I was walking by, but I can guess what it was

Convenient store with car wash and USPS services. Gets kinda busy here since there is a Target store nearby. Be patient..

This place you think your rewards work for high gas prices, nope only if you get a car wash and the workers inside don't help with putting your reworks in for you when you pay cash should be cheaper or lower In price, nope fuck this place go to the shell across southwestern

Just went in to get Platinum wash and as soon as I pull in, the heavy set guy walks over and says it's Halloween special- $120 and we'll clean inside the car including doors. I told him the platinum wash is usually clean enough. He says if I don't get the $120 service, it won't be clean. I asked to speak to the manager and he says he is in charge. Well, that explains it. I drove away after that.

I fill out one lotto the guy in front with tattoos puts in the machine and charges me for three. I paid him a ten and wanted the change on gas. He ended up charging me for all three lottos and saying he couldn't do anything because the machine malfunctioned. Wtf am I going to do with $4 on gas? Moron. Maybe the looking for help sign is up to replace this bozo.

It’s a hit or miss. Used to take my car for oil service and for a car wash for the past 4 years. Not sure if owners or managers changed but the quality of service has been inconsistent this past year.

It used to be good, last two times I've had to point they left the car almost the same in the inside, basically didn't do anything. Didn't even vacuum it. Mediocre job for what they charge

The gas station/market portion of this place is trash, I don't come here often and it's for a reason. Employees are rude and don't acknowledge you for anything. On this occasion it's 10 minutes before closing but just needed something quick, the open sign was on employees were behind the counter just chilling but the door was locked, an older white guy and a heavier chick with a pony tail said I couldn't buy anything not even through the metal deposit box, adjust the hours or keep the door open. Every time I have came here either they're on a 15 min break or they're closed it's ridiculous... lazy people always working.

This is where my husband and I usually go for car washes...NEVER AGAIN!!! They lost my keys and told me it was my problem not theirs!!! They told me I should look through my car! Everyone waked away! Woman who was there was rude saying it's not her problem! I asked for the manager who was not pleasant. Turns out someone put my keys IN THE RIM OF MY DRIVER WHEEL!!!! Sketch for sure!! Plus the car wasn't even completely dried or clean inside! If I could give a negative review I would!

I've gone to this car wash a couple times. I ask for the cheapest wash and the guy is saying he can't do it because of the type of car I have???? He's literally pressuring me into getting like a $50 car wash telling me how to wash my car. I know what type of car I have and I know what kind of wash I want. He has gone so far as to say we cannot wash it for you if you want the cheapest one! I said how are you gonna tell me I can wash my car or not and what type of wash I can get!??? I'm the customer! If it was free then do whatever you want! Don't go to this place unless you like to end up paying for a 50$ wash for no reason.
