RN Rabia was the absolute best!! I told her that I had to write a review. This was the end of November. I didn't do it right away even though I kept reminding myself. I don't remember all of the specifics but I just know that she was thorough and she called back to follow on my sweet 1 year old. People never forget how others make them feel. She felt familiar and warm. Thank you again!!

This 1-star review is for security guard, manning a desk near the lab. Constantly playing with his mobile phone, watching videos and texting. While waiting for my appointment, I watched several people ask him questions. He appeared genuinely peeved that patients had the audacity to interrupt his play time. Additionally, his answers were very curt, with zero attempt to be courteous or pleasant. If you only need to interact with the medical professionals, you're golden. They are stellar.

The worst experience I witnessed at the SRS pharmacy I believe between the pharmacy manager (male) yelling and belittling an employee (female) this should not be happening! You must do better Sharp Rees-Stealy this is not acceptable! Very sad situation.

I have been going to Sharp for over 20 years. In this time I had two different primary care physicians. If I had an issue it would take them a day or less to respond and see me. Their feed back was always direct and I have never left with untreated and corrected issues. Since 2022 this has changed. My last primary physician left and I was handed to another. I have had two issues since last year. Both times it took several calls and several weeks of waiting to be seen. One issue is currently being treated and one issue was left unresolved. For the latest issue, I called many times trying to see my primary. They told me to go to urgent care but this resolved nothing. After several weeks and frustrating calls I was able to see an Nurse practitioner so I can get a referral. The care at Sharp is not what it once was. I cannot see my primary unless I book an appointment months in advance. So I can forget about seeing her for any future issues that need immediate attention. From what I have been told this situation is hospital wide. Physicians are treating patients who are not theirs causing this backlog of appointments. The hospital calls this "patient-sharing". I've told my wife we need to do something else because this problem is not going away. I miss the old Sharp. Hopefully we can find somewhere else with decent care.

This review is specifically regarding Dr. Susy Tsuruta and not this medical facility as a whole. It only took one visit for me to see how Dr.Tsuruta conducts her business, and it wasn't good. She was impatient, aggressive, and condescending towards me and my daughter. After waiting an extra 30min in the exam room the doctor came in to see my daughter. The doctor clearly didn't want to be at work and her attitude showed it. When my daughter had a hard time with the otoscope going in her ear the doctor became visibly upset and aggressive towards my daughter. The doctor assumed my daughter was being "difficult" rather than being patient with her. The doctor was so aggressive that she cut the inside of my daughter's ear. Then the doctor proceeded to lecture my daughter and I about periods, which we didn't have questions about. She did so condescendingly and with such a disgusting sense of self-importance that even my daughter brought it up to me after the appointment. She didn't address my health concerns for my daughter and never mentioned anything about her weight. Being overweight leads to high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease to only name a few but this was no concern for the doctor. She decided to lecture us on periods instead. I guess she likes the sound of her own voice. Also, I don't understand how a facility of this type employs doctors who themselves are not healthy and won't address weight issues. Don't go to this doctor, she clearly doesn't care about her own health, has no patience, knows it all, and will be aggressive if she gets upset. What a waste of time and money, not to mention how it left my daughter feeling. I needed to write this review to warn others because this person probably should be re-educated on how to approach their patients and their own health. A doctor and specifically a pediatrician should know better than to be rude and upset with her child patient. I still don't understand how there aren't health requirements for doctors. It just doesn't make sense.

Dr. Douglas J. Darlin,Urology Department are the BEST!!I have had the pleasure of being treated by amazing nurse's like Brianna and Grissel at Sharp with Dr. Douglas J. Darlin, MD, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this nurse's. Grissel always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable,safe and cared for during my visit. From the moment I roll in, I am greeted with a warm smile and a reassuring demeanor even when shes not having a good day.Grissel also takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly, but she also makes sure to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the way she makes sure everything goes well throughout the entire appointment.Overall, I would highly recommend Grissel and all nurse's at Dr. Douglas J. Darlin, MD office. To anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable nurse's in the urology field this gals are the best. Their professionalism and expertise truly made a difference in my experience, and I am grateful for their exceptional care.

WOW...my primary Dr.lin is out, who is a great great doc, but my health care needs and concerns are pretty much being ignored, all due to a Dr Pelayo-Garcia. Of course no one wants to work with me or help me because he is not a good health care provider. I've been treated like a drug addict, even compared to Tom Petty... which is funny cause I don't use or even drink. And they still made me do a drug test, what a joke. I'm super physical, so having a jacked up back doesn't help the head. Most jobs that deal with kids, patients, etc only have a small percentage of people that actually care, the rest just do their jobs. I will give the liaison credit for being honest that my care would suffer until Dr Lin gets back. But it's unfortunate since I am a chronic pain patient who needs back surgery again and on top of that have a mental illness. I do pay a ridiculous amount for my healthcare and one day when Lin leaves, I will leave this location. Very disappointed how one crappy Dr can make your life even more unbearable. Thanks

Best Staff, Nurses and Doctors EVER !!!. Appts are kept, Lab is fast, Totally clean and organized facility. Excellent Location. God Bless Doctors, Hassan, Lee, Darlin and Marien. As we say in NJ "Youse Guys are Great"So grateful for this wonderful facility. Thank you

Just FYI, be prepared to wait an hour to 2 hours for the lab. They open at 7:30 a.m. & I got there right @ 7:30 but there was only one person checking in patients. The receptionist at the Mammogram Dept helped out checking in patients but only said they would call my name when ready. People started to complain that no numbers were given out & started to question when they were going to be seen. One person was seen before everyone else because he started to complain about the service & he came in much later than I. Some people were fasting & what if someone passed out waiting to be seen?! Finally, I got out of there at 9:00-ish. Please Sharp Rees-Stealy... come up with a better system for the laboratory.

I just don't know what to think. I used to LOVE this health group. I recently had surgery at sharp memorial. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I'm lucky I'm still alive. Now, all of my post visits, most scheduled on Friday afternoons keep getting cancelled or moved due to so called EMERGENCY meetings or personal issues. Hmmmm. If patients try to reschedule or cancel same day appointments, we are charged !! I wonder if these medical offices/doctors were held to the same standard , would they be canceling so easy???!

I can't believe I have not reviewed this SRS location as I have been a long term patient. I love how beautiful this location is and the cleanliness of everything. I came here to visit the physical therapy department and they are very quick to see my son in addition to providing exercises at home. I have also received several services here and I have not been disappointed. Lab can be quite busy but if you ask the front desk, they can let you know when the best times are to come back so that you don't have to wait so long. Pharmacy personnel are always friendly and I get my medications timely. There are multiple kiosks available if you don't want to check in at the receptionist area. Also, you get multiple reminders of your appointments so you don't forget and I appreciate the ability to look at my records through Follow My Health.

This is a very well, streamlined location. A quick check in at the kiosk. The docs and nurses... top notch!! My appointment here was long; the doctor was detained and caring. I appreciate how clean and organized this location was. And again the staff was great!!! A true Sharp Experience:).

Been going here since I was a teen!! Dr. Amy Zanotti has been my primary care physician for years, and she is the best!! She's so kind and soft spoken. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns without you feeling rushed. She's also very personable. Just wonderful. This is important in a doctor for me...someone who will just take the time to LISTEN, and who truly cares. The location has recently been remodeled, so it looks really nice and modern inside. All the staff at this site are friendly and you feel the "Sharp Experience" each and every time!
