“I purchased a 20FT container from Southwest Mobile Storage and the experience was great. Our salesperson (Nelly) was professional and after waiting on me for several months was still fast and responsive. Our delivery driver (Juan) managed to get our container into a hard spot with little room. I would recommend anyone that is thinking of purchasing one to go through this company.”

“This place is amazing! I get my mail here and they do a wonderful job. This is my third mail location in 18 years and I hope I plan to stay!!! They are always attentive and answer all of my questions! I've also had a storage unit here when I needed one and they were also wonderful with that.”

Geoff could not have been more helpful in giving advice and helping to find a removal company to help us. We were able to leave the unwanted items with Geoff for disposal, which was so convenient. They helped Me pick the right size Storage Unit, let Me pick the location of the unit and explained all the rules in detail. Paperwork was very quick. Prices are good and storage facility feels safe with lighting in each unit. “This location is a great place to store your trailer, boat, RV, vehicle, etc. The staff is friendly. The place is secure. My wife and I had secured a spot with them and were highly impressed. We ended up leaving when we had a location to store in our home, but if we ever need to go to a place where we can be sure our trailer is safe and secure, Toy Storage on Industrial Blvd. is a great place to have.”

“I am new to the southbay and desperately needed a storage unit. I work in north county and my commute is long. I had looked up some storage facilities near where I live now and this was by far the best. I pulled in like 30 minutes before they close and they took their time to assist me with all my questions and concerns without rushing me. They even drove me in their golfcart to look at the unit. Facility is very clean and well maintained. My experience was above what I expected. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! To the young man and woman working that day kudos to you both!”

“I have been there for awhile in a smaller unit...I had 2 other units at a place on 3rd in CV...the upstairs unit was difficult to remove and/or place items inside because the elevators seemed to be always not working and they are very slow to get fixed...I like Prime so much better, the grounds are clean, the employees are always nice and helpful and everything is wonderful...”

“I rented a truck from this location for the day. It went normal. There was a little issue with the gas not being where the highlighted mark was, but was corrected. I strongly recommend taking photos of dash prior to leaving UHAUL.
There was a discrepancy on the bill due to a typo of one of the U-Haul representative that did require a few phone calls to resolve. I will say the customer service of this location and their main HQ are very professional and remedied the issue. A special thanks to Sabrina, the GM, who corrected the issue and made everything right.”
