Why google wont remove this location if it doesnt exists

Does not exist anymore and google refuses to mark it as closed...

Came to the corpse of Sears where I waited in line, showed my ID a half dozen times, was stabbed by a nice man in scrubs, and made to sit for 15 minutes before being allowed to leave... but they gave me a sticker, so thats nice.
