Do not go here, I called and asked if they had a a particular product and she said yes they have it, I drove all the way there and they didn’t have it she lied. Once I got there she followed me through the whole store ? as if I wanted to still that cheap stuff. That’s never happened to me before. I will never go back to that dump!!!

The owner is rather rude. I hadn't been here for a year or so because the last time they rang up someone else's products with my order and then never credited my card back as promised. I was at Costco so rather than run around, I did purchase an item here.

I shop here pretty frequently they used to have great customer service and so many selections. Going in now the customer service is barrable at best and mediocre at worst. The options have dwindled to me thinking they are going out of business. I definitely recommend finding someplace else.

I have shopped here several times before and never had any issues until a couple of months ago. I was charged I'm triplicate for the same item! Double charge I could see as a possible mistake, but not three times. For a place that accuses people of stealing so much, this is outrageous. I will never return to this location for this reason.

Wow this Asian lady at this place is super crazy! I don't recommend this place at all. She is very unprofessional. I bought some hair extensions and when I took them home I realized the extensions were not the ones that were advertised. They were not authentic bohyme. They smelled synthetic and a lot of hair was missing. There were bald spots! When I went back to return them I told her I wanted what I paid for. I told her if she could please do an even exchange but then she said because they were opened it's final sale. I simply asked her for a refund and she said no. I work very hard for my money and I don't even think it's legal to sell something not advertised. I told her if she didn't refund me that I would file a claim with my bank. So I left her fake box there and walked out. She yelled at me "hey don't come back here anymore". I got in my car turned the car on proceeded to backup and this Asian lady came charging at me aggressively and yelled "hey! take your f****** hair here" and managed to open my car door and tried to throw them in. I simply just sped off and my car door closed. Crazy !!!!!!! I'm driving a 2023. Of course I'm filing a claim. I will never be there ever again. She is very abusive to customers, not only did she try to take advantage of me and my money but she tried to go for my car. Oh no I'd rather spend $500 for Bellami hair

I come here frequently for my daughters hair products. With that being said they do have a nice selection for the most part. I give this place 2 stars because I'm so uncomfortable every time I shop here. I get it people steal but it just makes me uncomfortable how I'm watched. The customer service Is very poor. I also think it's ironic that for selling a lot of products for black women there's literally not one black person working there. The hiring sign has been up for months looking for someone bilingual but I promise you if you hire someone that looks like a lot of your customers you'd have more return. Overall it's disappointing and I'm still searching for a better store less racist.

I'm a frequent customer and The owner and the other Asian lady that is in the front is very rude she won't say Hi she rolled her eyes at me when I had a few questions and was answering very rude like I had no clue what I was asking when I told her I needed some clip extensions that where around 175 So she just made a face and said ohh we don't hace does very sarcastic when know what I'm talking about because I always buy the extensions there. over all a waste of time. Rude Asian ladies. Frustrated with their life's and unhappy about hair extensions so I just asked for the Girl that speaks Spanish I forgot her name she is very nice and patient. I was going to leave today and not purchase anything this people need a reality check and be a little bit more understanding that customers are a priority specially when we go and spend hundreds of dollars but this would be the last time that I go to that location. You just lost a great customer!!!! If I can give you 0 stars for your service I will!!!
