Returns are always complicated if you don't have a receipt Overall the store is pretty nice and always good deals Parking is always complicated on the weekends I think this is probably the best one in Chula Vista

You can find some great finds for great value, but it can be slim pickings. My only concern is that it smells terrible. Right from the entrance you get a whiff and throughout the store as we were walking around. The air circulation needs improvement.
