Really Great Customer Service!Super grateful for the delivery drivers, both Miguels for their excellent help and communication. The first sofa i had picked didn’t fit in my studio and they were nice enough to help with the process of looking one with my needs.

Great customer service.Genesis helped me set up my account and was very helpful by emailing me pictures of the items I was looking for and made suggestions. From ordering to keeping in contact with the arrival of my bed to delivering & installing. The team at Chula Vista rent a center have made themselves accessible to me for all of my furniture needs. Elisa, the manager, has led a good team of sales reps and delivery personnel. Special shout out to Miguel & Miguel, the delivery duo, who are timely with delivery and efficient with installing. I am incredibly happy with my new bed & mattress.
