My review covers the produce dept only. My sister and I went shopping at Ralph's on 10/15. Martin works in the produce dept, and was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. He treated me with the upmost respect. Due to his exemplary customer service and his knowledge of his dept, I will be returning to this location in the future.

After frequenting this ralphs for years i have never experienced unprofessionalism as i witnessed today. My aunt was simply asking the butcher if he had any other rib eyes in the back and he was short with her. But he had no problem greeting a customer he recognized and began to stop what he was doing to chat it up. My aunt stayed close by the meat section and waited around looking at the sales/signs and he said "HOLD ON, IM STILL MOVING" was that even necessary? Upon checking out my aunt brought it to the attention of a female cashier and she basically shrugged it off, dismissing her, proceeding to check out. I've been trying to get in contact with some type of manager to escalate this to and make aware however, the number i got has been ringing with no answer. Ultimately, bringing attention on here because this is poor customer service and no one should have to be talked down to like this. This happened today at 12pm!

My mother and father are on medication continuously, also for my house hold prescriptions, this pharmacy is the best by far, excellent customer service, and they always go the extra mile to fulfill and expedite your needs, I tried different pharmacies and Ralph’s pharmacy on e palomar is the best. They show they care and make you feel like family. My job for 20 years has been to train more than 50 medical transportation professionals in how to treat patients so I know a thing or.two about this subject and I rate them #1 excellent.

If you're looking to pay your car registration after hours when DMV is closed this location offers a Kiosk self service. It's right by the main entrance near the fruit section you can't miss it. I also found it interesting that the beauty supply section has a glass window that enclosed the area with cameras and a register. Overall it's a great location for multi services not just groceries but also registration and a key machine.

It's just different shopping for groceries these days. It's all self service. The human to human communication is fast ly fading. Not much to say. Just not feeling it. The one guy standing watch was friendly, though.

My boyfriend and I went to Ralphs the other day to get some sushi and a poke bowl, when we we're lolg eating it I noticed that the sushi didn't taste good and ended up not finishing either of them. The next day, my stomach was not doing well along with my boyfriend and we both ended up with food poisoning throwing up throughout the day. Definitely will not be coming back.

Terribly slow deli. Went to grab a manager did nothing. Two people working other duties and not attending customers. Waited over 20 min to get greeted and the guy was not very nice he seemed overworked.

The service here has been consistently great. We live near this pharmacy and prefer it to the pharmacy at Rady Children's. Every time we go pick up prescriptions, the service is excellent across many of the pharmacists. They have a tough job and are always busy but service is usually pretty fast. If you are looking for a local pharmacy, this is it.

I love comming to this ralphs. Its so convenient and they have an excellent selection of food. But they really need to do something about their service deli. They are so unorganized there's no really way of "getting in line" not to mention the asian man that works behind the counter is really RUDE. I wanted to ask him a quick question nothing to crazy and he yelled at me to get in line. But clearly there was no line just a bunch of people crowded in front of the deli. So i just left. I really want to give this store 5 stars because of the fresh produce, and the cheese island, and all the "private selection" food is always delicious. I love talking to Johnny hes always so friendly when me and my husband come in they always talk sports and he has good energy. Hermis is also so friendly and fast to check us out. I also wanna shout out Adriana, it was thanksgiving and i needed vanilla wafers and i asked Adriana is they had any and she looked and looked for me and i helped her and we couldnt find any. So me and my husband continued with our shopping and i see Adriana running to us with 2 boxes of the vanilla wafers. She found them and went out of her way to find us and give it to us. She is a saint and definitely deserves a raise!!!

Convenient location off the east palomar highway exit, the thrill of exiting because it's only for carpool. Too many products in store, vons is more organized. Friendly staff and lots of self checkout :)

Lissette in fresh produce isle was very rude I had to keep calling her an she kept ignoring me then I saw her name tag and started calling her by her name she looked at me and kept walking the workers here are very rude I finally stood in front of her and got her attention and she was giving me attitude. Shop here with caution!

Ralph's is my go to grocery store if. It the commissary. This location is right outside my house so it's super convenient. They normally have everything I need and rarely are they out of stock. The staff here are all friendly and professional. I have not ran into any unprofessional employees. Parking is huge too because it's in a little shopping area with restaurants and a CVS next door. Prices and deals are good here too!
