I am always nervous during bloodwork but I was very surprised at how sweet Rosario was. I've had bad experiences with people fishing for my veins but she was very quick and even asked if I was okay throughout. Not sure why there's so many bad reviews, I either was there on a good day/ time because I wasn't even there for 30 minutes. I was called at my appointment time and done within 10 minutes.

I scheduled an appt for 0830 thinking that they would have to be on time first thing in the morning but they weren't. Their automated display showed that there were 5 people waiting and serving 0 so not sure why they hadn't started seeing anyone. Then when they did open the door 0840 they took the first standby person. Another guy sitting next to me said that he was there previously on standby and waited 2 hours and was never seen. It was 20 min after my appt time when I was seen and the phlebotomist was very nice and got me in and out quickly.

I don’t understand why they give you an appointment and make you wait an hour. When you try to speak to the front desk they brush you off and are either laughing or talking in the back while 6 people are waiting with appointments. They lack professionalism.

Horrible horrible service! They do not have a customer service desk, Your only option is a computer that doesn't answer questions. The front desk customer service desk is closed and is being used as a place to withdraw blood. It was very disorganized. So if you have an insurance question or a special situation...good luck! This is the worst medical place I have ever seen. It makes me wonder if they are taking blood correctly and labeling correctly as well. This place needs to be evaluated!

Horrible communication and tech Rosario is the worst. Constantly talking about she only works four hours and can only do so much. Meanwhile, people wait while she talks and waste our time. Takes people out of order on standby list. Then worst, looks at you and ask "do you have insurance?"I have blue cross PPO and have never been asked do I have insurance and then when I told her of our insurance, she wants to call supervisors to see if they accept referrals from children hospital. Save yourself and go somewhere else. No wonder they're only open four hours.

I walked in for the first time and they have a video showing you how to check in on the kiosk if you have an appointment. That went very smoothly. The phlebotomist came out right at my appointment time. Her name is Rosario and she is friendly and welcoming and professional and gentle.I highly recommend this place. It's very clean, too. I will be back.

I had a great experience pastime a young man helped me. Today I left in tears. I realize my blood work was extensive but I felt like even though I am a 65 yr old women I was treated like a child told to go to another location next time. Had 41 vials blood drown was prepared to be shaky but after being treated like I was like I said was in tears. Watched another man just leave he was there just to pick up a prep for his dad. People were out right angry. I tried to guesss they need more training I never got upset nor raised my voice which is why it hurt to be treated like t

Very quick service. It seemed I was in and out in 5 minutes, and there was another person called before me. Two lady attendants were quite cheerful and seemed to enjoy putting you at ease in their environment. The quickest, smiling and pleasant experience I have ever had in a blood draw office in 50 years. I left happy.

The phone is an extremely long answering machine with no live representative nor answers to most questions.

I have been here a couple times since it's right next to my house. Usually somewhat of a wait and not the best service but nothing horrible. I went in yesterday (11-10-20) with an appointment. The young girl at the front was friendly when I checked in and my wait was only 15 minutes. There were 2 people ahead of me and only one girl working so I was definitely expecting to wait longer. The same girl helped me in the back as well. She was so professional yet sweet and caring AND didn't hurt me at all when taking my blood. I didn't get her name but she made me want to come back to this location. I wish all their staff was like this.

If I would have remembered to write a yelp review the 2 times I have gone here prior to today, I would have given 2-3 stars. BUT, this quest diagnostics location has definitely stepped up their game since my last visit. Thank you to Pete who was the phlebotomist who drew my blood today and made my mundane morning a great one! Having any sort of medical appointment is usually boring/dreaded from waiting and the customer service; however, when you have very friendly and personable people like Pete working, they can actually make your appointment more enjoyable. During my previous visits, there was always ONLY ONE PERSON on duty (front desk and drawing blood). I was pleased to see that there were about 3-4 workers today! Finally management has listened and staffed this place with more people! Regarding COVID-19, there's signs on the door before you walk in to remind you to wear a mask. Some of the chairs inside are spaced out, there is a person checking temperatures, there are ample bottles of hand-sanitizer, and the water jug is off limits to the community (there's a sign blocking access). The television that is playing in the waiting area is also showing reminders about covid and the precautionary steps all Quest diagnostics labs are taking during this pandemic. Just for reference, my appointment was at 9:45 and I only had to wait about 12 minutes after my appointment start time to be seen. Understandable due to covid and there were A LOT of patients during this time. Thank you to the workers who updated me throughout my wait time and ran my insurance while I was waiting.

Reading these reviews before me, I have to say that was not the case for me. I had to get all of my children a TB shot.. I was told that it be something in the hand and then I'll have to bring my children back within 3 days for results, I was relieved it was that type of testing because my children are very young about 1 3 and 6 yrs of age and they hate getting poked. I make an appointment online super convenience by the way there was no wait at all walking in before I could even sign them in on the kiosk I was immediately called in. I don't remember the girls names their were 2 of them and then a 3rd joined in after it was that bad lol I was freaking out on the inside my kids were gonna scream their heads one by one and it was Just a complete nightmare. I was reassured though these woman here had a lot of experience with kids like mine so i felt better I knew they Weren't going to be overwhelmed or mess up with all the moving. I had 3 kids so it was tough to begin with and they literally were the best they helped me calm them down they were conversational with them just did everything to help, were sweet and gentle it was a very nice experience coming to this location for my first time and getting this really sweet of a support! I owe you all beers!! It wouldn't have gotten done without you all Thanks again ladies!

Called prior to going in for a pre-employment drug screen and the recording said that they started at 7:30 AM. I showed up and checked in at 9:20. About a half hour later I was called up to the front desk and told that drug tests now do t start until 10 AM. 10 AM came and passed and I noticed that my name wasn't appearing on the monitor so I approached the woman at the front desk and was greeted with great rudeness and provided no help. I then signed in again . This time my name did appear on the mi Igor but I had to wait an additional 20 mi utes. This place is horrifically managed and I think that Quest needs to fire everyone here and start over.

I had a great experience here at Quest Diagnostics. The service was simple yet effective. You walk in to an easy to find room at the front of the building, check in at a tablet using a QR code or manually entering in your information, take a seat until you're called in the queue and get your blood drawn. The lady was so nice and understanding despite being the only worker on the job. She performed everything as fast as possible while getting berated by patients who failed to schedule an appointment. There's no excuse to not schedule an appointment, especially when you're fasting like I did. 5 Stars and great work.
