I had a female Lab tech started speaking to me in Spanish when checking in on the Kiosk. I explained I didn't speak Spanish and it somehow annoyed her. She had a mask on and mumbled something back to me in English that I could not make out. I was an hour early to my appt and noticed lobby empty several times and my name was the only name on the queue, yet I was not called until 5 minutes after my appointment. Male attendant drew my blood and left my arm severely bruised for over a week which I'm highly suspect about because I never had this type of bruising after a blood draw. Not happy with my experience during this visit at all.

Came in as a walk in. Waited an hour and didn't get called and couldn't wait longer. Had to leave and came back and waited a second hour, only to be told they aren't helping anymore guests because it's nearing closing. Understandable, but it's more of the communication piece in letting people know they may not be accommodated before waiting a full hour. Don't bother contacting the manager, Charlene. She literally could care less.

This place really sucks! Very unprofessional and no one at front desk. It was a full lobby, no employee came out to give any updates or at least inform patients as to why they only called 1 person every 20-30 min (that's ridiculous) I'm a cardiac who has to eat before taking medications and I had to fast for my labs. I sat in that lobby with an empty stomach till they closed and no one came out...not even to lock the door. I was not a walk in, my cardiologist office sent request for labs to Quest so they already had my info in their system. This locations office manager needs to do something....perhaps restaff the whole staff?!!!Luckily I went to Quest in La Mesa and they were absolutely professional and on top of it!! How long does it really take to have someone urinate in a cup or to draw blood?Thank you Quest in La Mesa!!! .....Chula Vista Quest needs to restaff or retrain the employees there!!!

This place sucks! There’s barely two phlebotomists. No one at front desk. 80 people in the lobby. I had to leave without my blood work being done. Never moved off the walk-in list. Don’t advertise walk-ins then.Corporate greed at its finest.

Five stars for Kayla! I get blood work done often and have had a difficult time due to the nature of my veins. I've had terrible experiences at different places but I took a chance at this location and I'm so relieved. She works hard and is so skilled at her job. She was able to find a vein quickly and get all the vials done quick. And she's so incredibly friendly too! Will be returning for all of my routine blood work.

Great place, did a walk in and didn’t have any problems. The blonde lady that got my blood drawn was very nice to me, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I didn’t get her name but she is great.

This location is very unprofessional seems unsanitary, and I would not risk coming here to have blood drawn because there’s a possibility your personal information can be taken. The lady that was drawing my blood had her little girl around the age of seven running around the facility walking in the booth with my blood being taken. She also had her boyfriend or husband that look like he just got out of prison in the room, talking to his buddies, using profanity walking around the computer system with personal information expose. This is not right, and this will be escalated to the highest command to make sure actions are taken.

This system is the worst. Really hard to navigate. Some locations in my area only open until noon others until 4 and no Sat appointments, so if you have a job you're out of luck. Kaiser was so much easier.

The guys usually tend to be the only one trying to hustle people in to get them out. Crazy wait time. Hours if ur on standby

Just beware walk-ins are not welcome ….AllThe lab forms state walk-in welcome and that is not the case, they are actually discourage, after waiting over an hour I asked when will my turn will be and they stated maybe 2 hours they just don’t know. If I waited 2 hrs my fasting period time would be too long and the lab test could be affected. Just beware if you don’t have an appointment don’t expect to get serviced and the really don’t care.
