The website and interface are easy to use. However, the complete lack of customer service and inability to answer any questions related to uniform ordering is unfortunate at best. Stated shipping timelines were not met, and when asked questions about order status and shipping status no one responds

I had to order a basketball jersey and shorts for my son because of his club affiliation. The jersey sizes are smaller than standard, which seems intentional to boost sales. They informed me that exchanges aren’t allowed; I would have to repurchase and pay a new shipping fee for a larger size.

I don't rate companies often but I feel impelled to do so to help others that are thinking of using this company for sports apparel. Prime Sports is lacking professionalism, service and quality products. They get my lowest rating as they did not provide good customer service, communications nor quality products.

The uniforms are really nice and good quality but they take FOREVER!!! My husband ordered his teams uniforms in July and we got them in October but the order was incomplete. We were told the rest of the order would be ready mid-November and just got an email a week ago that it was ready. It’s January! When we picked up the order we were still missing items. Lol! … I really wanted to like them because the price was good but it just took way too long.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My daughters soccer team ordered their uniforms 3-4 months ago and just received them! Many of the other teams from the same club haven’t even received theirs. Not even their practice uniforms. The coach send us a link of their store in case we wanted to purchase the teams backpack and sweater so I went ahead and purchased it… 3 months later and haven’t received anything Not even an email.I tried calling them everyday all hours of the day and they never pick up. I spend $120 on 2 items for them to not even send an email about my order? This is so unprofessional and upsetting

Order takes forever to get to you and it’s expensive. If you don’t care about the name brand support local vendors at swap meets instead for better price and quick service.

Wanted to give them 0 stars for there lack of communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and how ridiculous you have to contact them through email instead of a phone call. Anyway, I ordered my sons football uniform and a few shirts for us to wear during the games. MAY 17.TH!!! (We are now in July) they sure as hell took my payment and credit card information so fast but when I was trying to see what was the status was I got none response! I then get an email June 13th saying that my order is being processed to wait 21-25 business days. It's been more than that so today I emailed the president and manager at the location telling them what's the status and if I'm still getting the run a round to then refund me my money! I get an email response from the "manager" within 14 minutes telling me the order was already shipped in bulk, to the school and is in care of the coaching staff and they are being responsible for distributing the orders and to make sure my son has a receipt. NO APOLOGIES what so ever or thank you for your purchase or sorry for the inconvenience! NOTHING!!!!!! Worst company I had to deal with! Never going back to them even if it is from the school. I will go somewhere else not even referring anyone to them! I hope they close there store down. Only after peoples money! Worst place to get your stuff! I hope you go somewhere else or you will have the same issue! I hope this gets to "Manager" and the "president"

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst company to deal with. I don’t know why our soccer team decided to use this company. Everything we’ve ordered for the team uniforms has been over a month and half of waiting to fulfill and I’m still waiting on an item with zero response from customer support. Multiple attempts of calling customer service and nobody answers or responds to voicemails, zero email replies. Customer service is the worst, absolutely zero customer service! Why is this company even in business! So frustrating, do not use them. They should be embarrassed.

I did not receive my full order and no one answers the phones to try and help solve the issue. I tried 3 extensions and after 4 rings the phone clicks off. If I didn't have to order from them, I wouldn't.

It is a company that does not meet the deadline that they say they will deliver the uniforms to you and you still have to come pick them up at the warehouse. They charge you for shipping. They keep that money because they charge shipping per piece. It is a shame.

Dozens and dozens and dozens of unsuccessful attempts to communicate with prime sports to receive everything I bought and paid for in July. Everyone is experiencing logistical challenges but that doesn't give this company the right to not communicate. Deplorable service. It does not sit well with me to pay for something I don't receive...but I'm to the point of giving up.
