Worst attitude, they charge for everything, like just for hold an envelope, I had been a customer for more than 10 yrs, Once a had to pay 1 dollar (for holding) but I forgot my wallet at home and Luz said: You dont have an account so I had to go back to home and bring a dollar. I am serously thinking to change after more than 10 yrs.

Terrible attitude. Terrible customer service AND they CHARGE $$$ you for the 1 or 2 strips of tape they use to seal your package!!! ?So low, really. Postal Annex 750 Otay Lakes Rd (Ralphs sopping mall) that is where I’m going and If you want good customer service, get whatever you need done in a kind and efficient manner, without charging you for tape, go to Postal Annex on Otay Lakes. Never returning to the one on Terra Nova

I took a friend from Haiti to get fingerprinted at this location. The lady in charge told us he couldn’t get fingerprinted because he did not have a stamp on his passport. He had documents that show he is lawfully here. I really feel that he was discriminated by the staff lady with the dark hair because he is black and Haitian. I’m sure if he was Mexican the Mexican lady would have serviced him. I will not be going to this location ran by racists and I would urge everybody to not support this location and their racial profiling and horrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

Staff is wonderful, taken pictures for passport have items notarized packages delivered to my box, every single time great service. Been a customer for over 27 years would highly recommend.

Complete joke. $4.00 charge for holding a package (ENVELOPE) for just over two weeks. Been out of town on businesses but of course they likely don’t care. Additionally, i authorized for someone to pick up aforementioned package and they were given ALL my mail. L I S T E N !!!!!!

I've been coming here a couple times now customer service is great. They help me download some shipping labels the one lady even help packed it with some stuff to protect the contents.
