I’ve rented a mailbox at this location and have used them for most shipping needs for the last 3 years. Every single employee at this store is friendly and smiling. I can’t think of a single other place that consistently has this level of service.

This is a one stop shop! We keep on coming back cuz of the excellent customer service!! Very profesional, helpful at the same time very friendly! They also do Notary and Fingerprinting. Very knowledgeable. My daughter loves their gift items. I highly recommend this PostalAnnex in Eastlake Parkway

This location is beyond not only the best in the city of San Diego but has the most amazing staff and owners of “the sisters.” I strongly encourage you to visit the store and get anything you need done here and only here. Print documents? Passport photos? Postal boxes? Trinkets? They have it all and deserve your attention for how much they value your time as well. Thanks Sisters!! ??

I've had the pleasure of utilizing Postal Annex as our business's mailbox address for the past two years. Each visit to the store leaves a lasting impression. The cleanliness and organization of the place stand out immediately, and the staff's consistent helpfulness and cheerful demeanor make every visit enjoyable. I always anticipate picking up our mail, and the personalized touch of having my mail prepared before I even reach the counter is truly appreciated. Been coming occasionally for years now, sometimes for notary or for shipping services. Customer service is consistently outstanding, knowledable, and friendly. They can get busy, but they work hard to greet everyone walking in and get through the line quickly. The shop is always organized and tidy. Love the little items they sell too!

Heidi and Debbie the sisters here are wonderful they actually went out there way to help me setup my documents for my passport renewal and took picture for my passport and they made the process smooth and stress free they are very kind and congratulations today for making the 6th year anniversary and thank you for the cookies

Seriously the best customer service ever. Everyone here is incredibly nice and they know their customers too. Only place I like to take my packages. Today my daughter was a handful when I went in for a quick drop off and they were kind enough to giver her a coloring page to keep her busy. It’s the small things that mean the most and this place knows how to treat their customers. Highly recommend.
