Debra gave me my quote and was my booking agent. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about pricing and the processes. I called yesterday to setup delivery and you delivered the next day. Debra you are great and I couldn’t have asked for more. GO BUCS! ?. Pedro Limon was the driver who delivered my POD. He was excellent. Wow can he drive that lift. I put the POD exactly where I needed it. He was awesome! I appreciated his called letting me know that he was going to arrive in 15 minutes. That really helps when dealing with a 3 hour window. Thank you everyone involved. My only feedback would be to sweep or blow out containers before delivery. Ours had a bunch of dog hair and my wife is allergic. I blew it out myself after arrival and it was all good. Thank you for listening.

PODS made my move simple. They were very clear in the price breakdown of everything and were quick to respond when I had questions.From the moment it was dropped off, to the moment we picked everything up,(no room at our apartment for it to be dropped) it was fairly simple.Thank you!

PODS as a company, is a great idea for moving your items for one location to another but my experience with the company was totally upsetting. My POD was late, I had no bed, none of my suits, and many of my things got broken during transit. There was no way to give feedback or to ask for a refund for my damage items. At the pick up site they just leave your POD out in the open anybody can walk up and chop your lock and make off with your expensive items. If I could give PODS a no stars I would. I would recommend everybody stay away from this company for your moving services.

It was very unpredictable on time needing, to actually start or at least a better, beginning time, to start move? 3-gap window, in which hired pvt. movers, were being paid to stand around? Very costly! Came, very late in the day, on the 3-hr time frame, given, in which we were unloading from 4pm in till 8:30 pm ? Moves are usually better in the Morning, especially with Summer and other, inconvenienced, tenants privacy? No place, to park box, in apt complex? Charged $150.00 to deliver on two boxes? Held up, a day cause no pick ups on Sun and nieghbors were unhappy! Parking disrupted! Phone correspondence lengthy to respond? How ever, in the phone, the gentleman, I came across, was kind and professional, when we made contact, but after tons of messages, not answered? Drivers, were very helpful, respectful and professional with drop off and pick ups. Gave them 5 Stars. ?

Very difficult to locate , come to find out we were at the wrong location for customers. The gentleman at the front desk was very cold and distant, could tell he didn't work with the public had no customer service skills at all.

Pods made my move from California to Nevada painless and without worry. Pod was delivered picked up stored and redelivered all on time and without issues. Would recommend for any move.

I am giving three stars to PODS Moving & Storage due to the difficulty and complexity in arranging access to our containers through their call center, and to their arbitrary methods of billing. I ordered 7 containers and was charged differently on some of them. When I called to question this, they explained that that was the way it is, and that pricing varies from day to day depending on the storage facility.With regards to their staff at the storage facility (for which they do not provide a telephone number), I would give them five stars. Marlon and his team were always there when I needed them. They provided for my needs, whatever those were. They were always available and bent over backwards to try and accommodate me. Bravo Marlon! I just regret that the infrastructure you work in is so problematic.

One of the worst experience's I've had! Going to make this as short as possible. From the beginning was given wrong information, they kept taking money out of my account after I paid what was agreed upon. I would call to ask why the money was taken without consent I was given the same answer "I don't know what happened, but we will escalate it and you will receive a call." And that call would never come. After almost 1 month of them trying to deduct money Out of my account, I was finally able to speak with someone who explained the problem. I was advised to contact the collections department. to fix the issue I called the collections department, and after waiting for 30min to speak with a representative I was rudely hung up on. On top of the issues with the billing and lack of customer service, a few of my items were damaged. I was most concerned about one in particular (broken TV) I filed a claim and to no surprise it was denied. I will never again work with this company and I advise if you need a moving or storage solution to look else where. Very unprofessional.

Had a complicated move. 2 households and 2 Pods moving from two different locations, then out of state. The first Pod was delivered and picked up no problem. The second Pod, the issues started. Second driver was rude and refused to park the container where the 1st pod had been. Then, trying to schedule the interstate transport has been a nightmare! I've called customer service locally and the 800 number at least a half a dozen times--still not resolved. Every person I spoke with gave me different information. My credit card was charged $5,400 without my permission, without signing a transit contract. This company doesn't know what they are doing. Go somewhere else if you need to move. PODS sucks and their employees don't know what's going on. So frustrated.

Professional courteous staff. Drivers were very helpful upon pick up and delivery. Billing is fair and easy to understand.

Best idea for a move. We had the pod for about a month. We used it to pack the things we don't use on a daily basis. We took our time loading and unloading so the job didn't feel so daunting.
