Not enough associates able to assist in all departments. I've walked out of the store several times due to having to wait 15 - 20 minutes without assistance. I have more recently chosen to go with Petsmart due the customer care, as well as how their appear in better health conditions.

A little slow paced around the checkout. Packed with great supplies not much floor help.

Really good selection of all pet categories.
Went there for a prong collar, and had questions regarding fit.
I was helped as fast as possible and eas given good advice and attention.
Excellent selection of food. Vet and grooming services as well.
