This is my second time returning to Nice and Easy Collision and this time around my same vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Jr. and his team kept me well informed from beginning to end.
I will include photos of before repair. Now the bumper looks like new, such that I still have not taken a photo of it since getting her back.
Since I proceeded with the other driver's insurance Jr. helped guide me and Wawanesa through email correspondence so that we could get the job done as soon as possible. The convenience of Nice and Easy being able to return my Enterprise vehicle made the transition back to my car so much easier. Thank you team for providing a streamline service!

Accidents really suck, but they happen. I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Nice & Easy for their professionalism throughout the entire process. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. They turned an unexpected situation into something far less stressful and made my car look practically brand new. I went in for a bumper replacement on my Rav4. Armando and everyone that I encountered was very nice, from the moment I walked in someone greeted me with a smile. Armando was able to negotiate with the insurance company to get me an original Toyota part and my car looks brand new again. It took them only 24 hours to get it all done! Definitely take your car in to these guys, great experience overall.

Best place I could have ever picked I felt so welcoming didn’t feel like I was getting over priced or random things added for unnecessary reasons anything I asked they were more than happy to answer other places I went to made it seem like they didn’t want to help then added way more things than I went in for and here they listened and understood and did their best to help meI would recommend them 100%

Read carefully before you bring you car I took my car since October 16 until now don't have day to be ready the being changed the day or the don't give a day soo foor to be professional I will not recommend this place

I am pleasantly surprised by the good price and service I got at Nice & Easy Collision Center on Main Street in Chula Vista October 2023. Bottom line I only paid $1,200 and my car was ready the earliest day promised! "Junior" quoted a price between just over $1,200 to under $2,500 depending on a.) the extent of the rust damage to my car metal they found when they removed my windshield; and b.) whether or not my current windshield got broken when they tried to remove it and they have to buy a new one (I learned windshields are often broken during the removal process). And I could pick it up Friday at the very earliest or more likely early the following week. I got a little lucky: my windshield did not break on removal and the rust had not eaten away the car metal the windshield rests on. I have had some good Body Shop experiences and some not so good. This was one of the best! Professional, polite, easy to deal with and a damn good job repairing my car. PS Update on Safelite Auto Glass on Broadway in Chula Vista: In June 2023 I noticed rust all over the upper part of my car body immediately above the new Safelite windshield installed in Jan. 2021. Robert the Safelite Manager did NOT show up for our 6/30/23 10 AM appointment so he could inspect the rust damage as promised. About a week later he finally returned my voice mails and texts trying to schedule another appointment. Basically Robert said my rust problem could not be his fault and it is not necessary for him to look at it! HUH?!?

Last month I took my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu into Nice & Easy and Armando Jr. was very helpful throughout the process. Although my insurance deemed my vehicle a total loss, Armando Jr. was extremely helpful. He explained the entire process to me and helped make the process as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate the professionalism and communication skills Armando Jr. has.10/10 would recommend Nice & Easy.
