I bought a Nissan Kicks from here in January. I didn’t get to drive it away that day because a faulty gas tank opener. They supposedly fixed it. Now I’m stranded on my first road trip due to a faulty gas tank opener.

We were looking for a new car this past June and went to Mossy Nissan Chula Vista with a referral from our daughter and son in law. We knew what we were looking for but wanted to look at a few different cars. Almost immediately upon walking onto the lot we were greeted by Nestor Samayoa and thankfully so.
Nestor was awesome. Very helpful, friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us, we were not rushed into a decision. We test drove a Nissan Rogue, he was very knowledgeable about the car. This was actually the car we came in looking for. We bought the car and Nestor was there for the whole process even staying past his shift to hand us the keys for our purchase of a 2024 Nissan Rogue. Nestor followed up with a phone call to see if we needed anything and to let us know we could call him anytime.
We came back a few days later and met with Nestor to go over some of the car features. Again, he was friendly and happy to help us out. Thank you Nestor, we appreciate you!
While there, we wanted to purchase some accessories and went to the Parts Department. Moises attended to us and was very helpful. He actually went to our car and made sure the items fit properly before purchasing them and then he even attached the items in the car for us.
When you're at Mossy Nissan Chula Vista, ask for Nestor, you'll be glad you did!

I only go here for oil changes and they can’t even do it right most of the time. For starters Jose at front desk has an attitude, when I got my car back the cabin air filter cover wasn’t even on and just lying on the passenger floor and had dirt all over the floors, car was clean when I brought it in. I checked the engine when I got home there was oil spilled all over the sides like whoever topped off the oil had a seizure while filling it up. Charging you $100 something and can’t even do a proper oil change, can’t wait to hear their generic apology after seeing this and instead of doing that how about you just teach your techs to do a better job instead

Can't put less then 1 Star with customer service and help here the Bill.guy is no help I can't cuss here but boy do I regret buying a car here they want me to pay for an error on them all of the sudden I don't have warranty that I paid 5 thousand on this is just ridiculous
