Dropped off all income tax paperwork, till this day 5/20/2021 I have NOT heard a word from them. Will not respond to numerous messages. They Will not pick up there phone, My taxes are late. I have never had this happen to me. I don't know what the cost will be, yet. Once I receive my paperwork back I'll never go back to this morales tax services. Worst experience ? ever. I would NOT recommend using this company. -1 for rating. This is for Brenda.

Can't say enough about Morales Tax Service, I have working with MTS for almost a decade now and have never looked back, thank you for working with us Rick and Brenda, you guys are great and I recommend you any chance i have.

Great Service. Richard is very honest and totally transparent with us. We have been going to him for many years and he always makes time in his busy schedule. He also does a great job of asking questions in order to maximize your refund. With the tax laws nowadays; his knowledge is well worth his reasonable fees.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! This people have had my taxes over 6-7 months ago and still have not sent them in I have called them several of times and I get a," I will send them in this week" is bin over 6 months and nothing I gave them a call over a month ago and no answer leave voices mails no call back today I called and they finally. Answerded and this man is going around the situation that till now he has not sent them out yet !!!! He keeps asking questions that have bin answers sins day one people if you need your taxes done Plizz dont go here they will keep your papers and never send them out save your self some time !!!!😠😠ðŸ˜
