Rude and lazy workers. Called at 930am and was told they'll have to call to get my medication approve and to call back in one hour. I call back after an hour and the guy told me they don't call for approval. My medication was suppose to be ready by august 14 and not they're saying 24-48 hours from today (8/15) I'm out of medication so the guy pretty says in s*** out of luck

Absolutely horrible customer service. My daughter ask politely to have someone help her at the liquor Cabinet. The person by the self checkout told her yes with an attitude. I told my daughter I'll wait for her in the car. After more than 15 minutes I called asking where she at, . she said she been waiting by the liquor cabinet more than 15 minutes. I told her just leave. So damn Unorganized!! And don't be doing there close to 12 noon or you and your clothes will be smelling like deep fried food! Poor ventilation!

Omg, love their PCR Drive Thru and the simplicity of being able to make a appointment, get in to be tested, and the whole process. Love the minute clinic as well. Thank you!

The pharmacy team has horrible customer service especially Ann. She is rude and tried to make me angrier than I already am. Every time I came in to pick up medications there is some issue that they could have fixed before I got there. They even have the audacity to blame my doctor for not cooperating with them and yelling at them. On top of that, I have to argue with them before they help me. I should be able to pick up my medication without the attitude and hassle. Horrible I do not recommend CVS go somewhere else Someone should teach them how to deal with customers/how to talk to people.

The worst. Scheduled a CV19 rapid test a week before our flight (test has to be less than 24 hours ahead of flight). CVS Palomar sent an e-mail canceling our tests TWO HOURS before our scheduled test, sending us into a complete panic to find another quick test center on a Sunday. THE WORST.

This review is for the cashier Jocelyn. She is always so sweet and friendly. I'm always impressed by her upbeat personality.

Had to go recently to pick medicine up for a family member. Still awful. Went through the drive-thru, there for 45 minutes. I was in the all service lane along with 10 other cars! No signs, nothing. Finally, a CVS employee comes out to tell all who wasnt there for testing can move to the drop off lane. I was very upset, as again there were no signs or anything . Some had been waiting for over an hour! Very unprofessional, unorganized and cant even get names or prescriptions correct! Please spend time on training!

To preface, I needed a pre-travel covid test before travelling to Hawaii via Alaska Airlines, within 72 hours of arrival. So I scheduled a drive-thru NAAT test at their Minute Clinic. I assumed that a technician would be there, with mask and all, to do the test. Nope! They were behind a window, and slid the test to me, to take myself...WTH! Anyway, I did it myself, sealed it all up, sent it back to the tech thru the bank-type slide out window. He then said I would get the result within 48 hours, which fit my travel schedule. 40 some hours later, I get an email stating that the test failed and that I should reschedule another test. The entire purpose was to get results so I could fly the next day. Whoops! I then called the only number provided, and...surprise!..it's an off-shore number, in the Phillipines. I could barely understand them. The gist of it is, the agent said they would TRY to get me my money back. That said, it has been nearly 7 weeks and I'm still waiting. Why CVS is on the Hawaiian list of accepted pharmacies for testing is beyond my imagination.

Would be zero stars. They had a display of Easter house kits- several with a price of 5.99 when I go to check out they're 12.99. I ask about this and am told they should be 12.99. The cashier goes to check and sees this isn't just one misplaced but that they were set up that way. Speaks to manager Ernesto and says "oh sorry we're changing displays" There was no one working on setting up a display etc they were clearly set up in that area with a price tag of 5.99. Did they honor their mistake ? No. That is false advertisement. Will make sure I report this to corporate as well.

I arrived today for my appointment with the minuteclinic and was turned away because I had two symptoms of Covid: fever and sore throat. They offer covid testing here so I thought they would just test me right there as #1 I had an appointment, and #2 no one was scheduled after me, and #3 they offer covid testing. I was turned away on the spot because of the two symptoms listed above. I was told I needed to make an appointment for covid testing. Uhm, I HAD an appointment so what was the deal? I went to my car and cried. I've never been turned away by a physician before. I can tell I have strep throat and not covid but I have to return with a negative test result for covid before I can be seen. Which is confusing because why couldn't I have been tested right there when they offer it??!!

My favorite pharmacy with the best staff. The lady that help me at the pharmacy was super nice, this like my third time seeing her and I forgot her name and that's horrible because she such a sweet person. Besides that the wine is always on sale and I like the cute tiny liquor bottles and I like the variety of makeup as well!

Probably one if the best run pharmacy's around town. Very clean and well stocked. My favorite place to run in and out for beer or a nice bottle of wine for dinner. The staff is always friendly despite the Civid-19 restrictions and protocols in place. Be glad when this is over. They always have such a nice variety of stuff so the aisles are cool to peruse. It is also located in a very clean and safe neighborhood. I have a membership here so the perks like a dollar here and there and discounts on real stuff I buy do come in handy sometimes. As for the 7 foot receipts! I just think that is hilarious, but I do look at them. Great place overall.

5 Stars: for being able to schedule my Covid Test within 2 days. I thought this is great!1 Star: Had to self administer test and was not notified in advance. Very nervous and felt bad it took me a while to gather the nerve to complete the process.0 Stars: Testing turn-around time. Was told 6-10 days and it is listed as so on their website. Well it has been 11 days. Called in and did get connected to an associate. Awesome! I asked what is the longest turn-around currently and she said an additional 5 days....so 16 days total where people who have taken test but no results. Yikes!Appreciate being able to get tested but clearly scheduling way more than they can handle. My children were tested the day after via their Drs office and they received their results 4 days later.Reduce testing to adhere to published turn-around or be honest and provide actual turn-around times.Update: Finally received my results back. Took 18 days or 12 business days.
