“This is more about Vision center. Customer service is great. I picked up my glasses in August and they cracked in October. They replaced my frames that day. I was not without glasses for any time. Happy Customer.
P.S. if you don't know where the center is located because you missed the tiny stand right as you enter. Turn right, go past registers, and halfway down look for hanging Vision sign and go right to enter center. If you get lost ask a nice person in red.”

“This time, Nacho and Syah helped us out! Nacho got us exactly the phone we needed, and Syah helped us through setup when the phone came in (faster than expected!) She even held our phone in the back room while it backed up so we could grab lunch while we waited. This staff is so helpful and kind. But it seems like they’re understaffed for weekends, and regional management hasn’t given the store what they need to handle an influx of customers. A paper sign-in sheet in a store that sells electronics seems a little ironic, but the employees handle it with grace.
Went in to upgrade my iPhone after dropping it and having a lot of problems. Caleb helped me save twenty dollars a moth on our plan, gave us a free iPad, and updated my phone to the newest model. We walked out of the store with everything finished for us, paying less per month than we were before, with a brand new phone, screen protector, case, and a brand new iPad and only paid $150 out of the door. Not only that, but Caleb was super nice and informative, and we got help right away!! Loved our experience here and definitely coming back here for my next phone.”
