Beware! This place will scam you. Tell you items are free and then charge you for them. They even put items in my bag without my knowledge and charged me for them! And good luck trying to get someone to call you back... Seriously, stay away!!

They do fraud they steal money from you I bought a iPhone for $1,245 and they never gave me the phone they said that my card didn’t go through but it did and they didn’t give me the product or the money back and I been wasting my time and losing money !! Don’t go there !! They steal money please avoid this place

I went to 3 different T Mobile places and no one was able to help me unlock my cell phone. They didn't even take the time to acknowledge the issue. In this particular store I was helped by Christeen. She was beyond helpful and nice. Did everything she could to help me. Truly appreciate her servíce. Excelent employee.

They lie and say you can only get certain plans with certain phones depending in price. Other places you can get whatever plan you want no matter the phone. They also lie about the prices of the phone cases. They said 20 and the receipt said 30Always ask to see the screen before paying. Go to other metro stores to compare the prices they give you or just find a corporate store near you on the website

Very horrible service. The 2 employees there said it was required to get the $60 plan to start service charging me over $100 just to start service on my own phone. That’s ridiculous. No where on metro policy says that’s required. When asked to speak to a manager she says there was no manager to contact or no district manager. Very poor customer service. Not the first time this has happened at this store but I always give people the benefit of the doubt, it will help to leave the bad attitude at home

Horrible serviceA day before I ask the lady what of the phone has type c charger and she says these 3 I come next day and now she didn’t knew what phone had that type c charger and I needed to check online what of those phones had type c charger because she didn’t tell me she was just kept quiteShe was rude and unhelpful!I will never gonna come back ! Horrible service why are people like this working here
