I must say my conversation by phone and in person was very pleasant. Giovanni or Jovanni is an excellent representative. Very attentive, knowledgeable & helpful. He knows how to make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Whether you call for a question or if you need to acquire their services. I had several questions before making the switch from my cell provider who I was with for over 10 years. Cricket representatives from across the street on 1016 Broadway were extremely unprofessional & unhelpful. I was actually feeling bad for making the switch but even though I will pay $8 dollars more a month at least I will have proper service when I'm out on a vacation. I'm so glad I made the switch. Thank you for your efficiency and quickness. The patience of explaining the options of services you have and knowing the answers to my questions :) Give this man kuddos & a raise!

I came here to make a switch to Metro PCS. The staff is so friendly, they made it very easy to switch my whole family. I had a lot to ask before I made the switch, and they where so helpful and answered all my questions. The store is very organized and clean. Will recommend this store to all my friends! Thanks for saving me and my family so much money.

I love this store. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! They have lots of extra accessories for all kinds of phones. I bought a charger and a phone case for a reasonable price. The person helping me gave me a free screen protector because I bought a few things. Also the person was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I did purchase an Apple iPhone from them and I'm glad I gave them my business. They made me feel like I was family. Thank you
