The metro-t mobile on Broadway was just a dream come true! We were in and out in 20 minutes with the most pleasurable woman with a permanent smile. She was so kind and polite as was the young man we dealt with the day before. Whom ever owns this spot does a ten star rating in hiring. Employees are ten stars seriously.

When I came in London was nothing but helpful from the start. I needed a new phone, because my screen was cracked and there was glass everywhere. I purchased a new phone, a case, and ear buds, plus I needed help straightening out my plan. I recommend this specific T-Mobile store because of the service. 5/5 ⭐

Not happy with my most recent visit. Went in to add 5G Home internet. Decided to upgrade my wife's phone to the newest Samsung S23 phone. Spent over 3 hours in store while her old phone data was transfered. Both phones are dual SIM, but the new one has a 6 months block on that service. They didn't bother to inform us. After being told that, we tried to return the new phone. They said sale was final and wouldn't accept the return. I told them to take the phone. I plan to cancel the credit card charge. False information!

The staff was awesome! Ximora busted her detective moves and found my pin so I can keep my number and Jessica helped me get a phone within my budget. Thank you ladies you were loads of help. Especially after coming form a metro that said they couldn't help me.

Jessica was extremely helpful and had lots of patience while she helped me do multiple things on my account. She helped me apply for the ACP program, and I got approved. She also helped me do a SIM card switch to my new phone and transferred another phone line to my old phone. I left here satisfied.

Took a bit but I understand since not everyone is there for the same reason and it's not always going to be a fast process for whatever they're doing but we got what we came for the service was amazing very nice workers for sure very helpful

I must say my conversation by phone and in person was very pleasant. Giovanni or Jovanni is an excellent representative. Very attentive, knowledgeable & helpful. He knows how to make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Whether you call for a question or if you need to acquire their services. I had several questions before making the switch from my cell provider who I was with for over 10 years. Cricket representatives from across the street on 1016 Broadway were extremely unprofessional & unhelpful. I was actually feeling bad for making the switch but even though I will pay $8 dollars more a month at least I will have proper service when I'm out on a vacation. I'm so glad I made the switch. Thank you for your efficiency and quickness. The patience of explaining the options of services you have and knowing the answers to my questions :) Give this man kuddos & a raise!

I love this store. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! They have lots of extra accessories for all kinds of phones. I bought a charger and a phone case for a reasonable price. The person helping me gave me a free screen protector because I bought a few things. Also the person was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I did purchase an Apple iPhone from them and I'm glad I gave them my business. They made me feel like I was family. Thank you
