I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesperson, named Sean. He was very helpful with my search for the right mattress and answered all my questions. He let me shop without tailing me or trying to hard-sell me but let me know he was available when I needed him. I did purchase a mattress and foundation and was able to get a quick delivery date. This was my second purchase from Mattress Firm and both times went very well.

I walked in on a whim, and Rafael greeted
My daughter and I immediately. He was totally engaged with us and listened to what I needed. Immediately he showed us two mattresses and the first one he pulled was perfect. It was in stock. The price was excellent. And I went home with the mattress that day. I loved his no pressure and very informed approach. I felt prioritized and valued.
