The store seems fairly clean and organized. The employees seem knowledgeable and friendly. Remember, selection is not nearly that of home Depot however, their hardware section sometimes has a better quality selection in home Depot

Horrible customer service. Last week I ordered through their app.And there was fraud multiple charges. I called my bank nfcu And they said that the one I Ordered went through. I went in person to confirm with a long gray haired woman. She confirmed that the order went through.Had an attitude when I wanted to make sure i'm receiving seven items. I picked up the two and I was waiting for the 5 come to my house. Next thing I know it was canceled because I changed my card but I already told them about that. I called in and we have been Going back and forth about four hours about the orders Mix up and confusion.And then One of the supervisors in the end made an order.She said it would arrive monday I had to pick it up in store. Next thing I know it was canceled It would not go through. I called In again and To make.
The long story short I was supposed to bring One tool back. When I came in , they were giving me Hard time and they were telling me I had to bring in the free gift which i no longer had and wasn't told to bring in over the phone .I told them the only reason why Im returning the items is because the other orders were was messed up multiple times. I paid 216 for a tool which i drove up there in person to get a refund but they want the free gift also. They are refusing a refund illegally since i had the product so i will dispute the charges with my bank. I do not recommend Poor customer service miss information and Very Dangerous and risky to order anything from their website It was complete fraudulent. It's a good thing that navy federal flagged it down I had multiple orders From my card because of lowes website.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced, no one answers the phone if they do puck up and hung up instantly. They tell you the order will arrive certain date and when u call they tell u a week later it's backed order they should make that clear the first time. They are always empty know I understand why. Never would I recommend this horrible business to anyone .

I ordered a GE refrigerator, and the appliance works well. The only complaint I have is about the delivery service. They use a third-party delivery service. The delivery agent damaged my stair step when they hauled away the old refrigerator. The agent told me he would report it to his company and instructed me to call Lowe’s to file a claim. He took pictures to upload for documentation. However, this seems to be a trick, as the timestamped photos will make it appear the damage was pre-existing. The owner of the trucking company claimed the damage was pre-existing, which I believe is their usual explanation to deny claims. The only way you can claim damages is to take a video of the entire process while they are working on your property. Unfortunately, I didn’t do that, so I would like to let others know to pay attention to this process and remember to take a video of the whole delivery. This can help you address any issues with the third-party delivery company.

This lowes is my favorite. Yes you have to pay the toll road fees to get there and back but it's worth it for an easy parking lot and friendly staff with tons of inventory.

It doesn't do you any good to buy warranty items from Lowe's if they don't honor the warranty sold exclusively by them.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone at this place. The customer service is very bad at this location. They made a simple process very complicated and I ended up not buying from here since they never answered or called back as they said they would.

If I can put zero star, I will. I just need to get paint for my house, but the person in charge of the paint section is nowhere to be found. I really love lowes, but this is really unsat. Hope the management will see this and will take action.
