For what we paid it wasn't up to par like the years before. . Very disappointing this year and we did our taxes like a month ago and still haven't gotten our money yet because now they want to do ID me questioning who we are now

This place offer no help at all when you get audited. My cousin does his taxes here and got audited and all they said to him was that the irs payed out all he was getting in his taxes. The truth was, his case is still open to this day and they need documentation that was never sent to th from liberty tax services. They get their customers by their $50 scam. They charge $500 for 20 mins of computer work and won't budge at all if you get audited. Glad I got my cousin to come to H and R block now where they do help and care about their customers.

$323 to file your taxes. Genuinely i feel ripped off. I have used liberty tax in Oregon and paid $120 for the last two years. I filed my taxes here in San Diego for $323. What a scam.

I have been going into this location since tax year 2013! They are super awesome, I leave there feeling insured that if any issues come across my tax returns they are available all year long no just in tax season. I am self employed and they helped me to file them as accurate as I could I would not switch to another company, because I have had to do amendments because of my own corrections I needed to make and they have charged me a super low charge while assisting me. If I miss anything they help me through it and point it out! I have no bad comments to say about the services I have received at this place!
