Manager is very rude and petty put a lock on my unit over a tailgate fee that I thought was d*** to pay when I had just paid my rent but the access code wasn’t working on a Sunday so I tail gated in and after that got locked out until I paid the fee I couldn’t believe how far they would go for a petty fee when I have been renting at this location for years! Beware of the manager she takes her job way to serious! They also keep raising the rent!

We stored our belongings here for a year. Rebecca in the office is very detailed oriented and efficient! When we came in to sign up, she previously sold a unit before us and dove straight in to setting the person up behind us too-3 in a row in less than ten minutes. Unfortunately, our items were damaged during a rat infestation...poop all over. The company did switch rodent control and no problems since. Again Rebecca answered all our questions and offered solutions. Would still recommend this storage to others!

I have had several units at this storage location over the past 6 years. My current unit was rent increased during Covid regardless of Governor Gavin Newsome’s moratorium against “rent increases.” Just because according to the manager of the facility “individuals don’t live on property.” This location is increasing “rent” regardless of the Governor’s orders. A Discrepancy for Equal Opportunity Business has been filed with the State of California. This negative review will remain until a settlement has been reach.

I have been storing my mother's entire house here for over 3 years, due to a prior house fire. I also use the mailing service here, since it's easier to have a permanent address this way. Rebecca and her staff are always amazing. They are very courteous, professional andfriendly. The place is always clean, and they strictly adhere to COVID regulations.

While stationed on the Amphibious Base in Coronado, Ca. I had to reach out to a local storage unit that was easy accessible. After doing my research, I located L Street Storage in Chula Vista, CA. It was an easy find as it was right off the 5 freeway exit so it was a no brainer for me. The facility was clean and the the Manager Rebecca was professional and so was her staff. Thank you for providing a great service Rebecca.
