Shopping at the Eastlake Kohl’s was good. Workers are friendly, store is clean and neat.

The store was clean and neatly organized. They have Sephora stand at the store. The girls were nice, greeted me and offered to show some products. The check out part was sort of rocky but other than that it was fine. Remember to get their App to get rewards that you can redeem for some products and you also get a gift for your Birthday 🎁🎁🎁🛍️🛍️

Bought some shoes and had to return due to shoes becoming unglued. Customer service rep at the counter was very helpful and replaced the shoes without a receipt because I used my kohls card.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Sephora at Kohl’s a few nights ago for some last minute Easter gifts and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Amira. Despite being the only employee in the Sephora section and managing a few other customers, she devoted her full attention to assisting me, politely excusing herself when necessary. While an extra pair of hands would have been helpful, she juggled multiple tasks effortlessly. She provided a variety of great options for my basket passionately.
I’ve shopped at various Kohl’s in San Diego, but this location stands out for having the cleanest and most organized Sephora. There is disposable tester items on every row and, notably, a trashcan on nearly every corner significantly enhanced the shopping experience – a thoughtful touch that’s missing in many other locations.
I've noticed from my previous visits, the team here is not only well-organized but also incredibly honest and communicative.
