Warning!!! Now, I understand why Juiced Bikes only come with a 1-Year warranty. Juiced Bikes Sales and Customer Service was great, until the 1-Year warranty expired. Initially, my RipRacer (Class-3) had an issue with the handlebar knuckle bolt threads failing within the first month of riding. Juiced Bikes Customer Service sent out a free replacement, promptly. Then, I road my RipRacer over 4K miles, only having to replace the brake pads, within the first riding season; even, validating the 80 mile max range on a single charge. Winter came and I stored my RipRacer indoors to avoid the ice and salty roads. At the start of my RipRacer's second riding season, I found I had no hydraulic brakes. I used an EZmtb kit to freshen the hydraulic brake lines, but found my front hydraulic line had a leak at the caliper. I contacted Juiced Bikes Customer Service to learn that they would be happy to send out a replacement Logan front brake assembly, which sounded like it would be free, until I was emailed a $120 invoice. It seems my RipRacer was just outside of the 1-Year warranty and Juiced Bikes was trying to charge me $120 for a full replacement front brake assembly; when, the actual fix is a $0.25 Tektro olive & insert. It's one thing that the hydraulic brake line only lasted a single riding season, but to try and pocket another $120 for a full replacement front brake assembly; when, the actual fix is a $0.25 Tektro olive & insert is appalling. With better customer service and warranty, Juiced Bikes could have had a rider for life. Instead, Juiced Bikes prefers to gouge their consumers and cherry-pick the reviews they offer on their website. Avoid Juiced Bikes, go with Super73, and purchase replacement parts directly from China. You've been warned!

I am going to re-review after putting 6000 miles on my first rip current S- this is a real review. ( not I’ve been around the block )I do all my own work on the bikes, so I’m very comfortable with the mechanics and whenever needed help tech-support was pretty damn good if I missed something. The only real fail on the first rip current was the hydraulic front brake went completely out. I don’t mean it needed to be bleed it went out so I replaced it.I just purchased my second the new rip current S with 1000 W motor and the Back brakes after assembly are squealing like a seagull hit by a semi truck. Loosen brakes. Readjusted utilized alcohol on the rotor with a little sandpaper. The pads are tainted from shipping.. I know how to fix it with new pads but it’s a little disconcerting.The thousand watt motor versus the 750 is definitely noticeable .Keep up the good tech-support Juiced that’s what made me buy another .Organic Textro brake pads super quiet I’m going to replace the front metallic ones that were shipped also - good luck getting those cheap screws out of the battery to drop an AirTag in OMGBigger motor eats up battery faster but is worth it IMHOAlso, make sure you go over the entire bike to check for loose screws . Nuts bolts…3.5 Stars would recommend.I am hoping they will have an upgrade in the future for a color larger LCD that would immediately pump it up to 4.5.

The breaks have kept leaking and I have had to spend over a $100 dollars for repairs. I recommend that you start using quality breaks for the price you are charging for the bike. I paid 2,300 plus tax for my bike

The return policy is a complete rip off. Customer service was terrible. I wanted to simply exchange and they want to charge 15% restocking my fee when the bike hasn’t even left the facility.

I love my Juiced scrambler after a year and there company is great to deal with. It's definitely a chinese ebike, but for the price and cool factor it can't be beat.Their customer support is amazing. My bike had a bunch of parts stolen off of it after 8 months and while I expected to be able to order parts, I didn't expect the level of support from Greg and Pat. What great guys not only did they scavenge the warehouse to get me up and running, it was covered under warranty which they didn't have to do for something not Juiced fault.

What an incredible company. Ordered to Rip Currents. One for me and my wife who is battling lung cancer. Got to get her outside. Anyway, the bikes came in these incredibly padded boxes. The bike are great quality. Called the shop to get some fenders and luggage racks. Patric was absolutely great! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell he really loves his job. I will recommend juiced to everybody that I know.

Lots of bad zero/1 reviews and it's justifiable. Their leader/owner reflects how the customer service and marketing team lie about their transparency and business. They do not stand behind their Made in China products. They keep giving me the run around when contacting them about their one geared RipRacer when it is not as described when I bought two last year. And they won't honor their one year warranty for defects.

Amazing customer service, and imo I still have the most fun bike to ride in a group of Ariel's, Luna's, and lectrics by far.Also, super easy to maintain since all the parts are standard. The bike can take quite the beating.

I’m a little bit confused/surprised at all the negative reviews on Juiced. I got a Crosscurrent several years ago from a dealer in Canada which no longer sells Juiced. My experience with the bike has been amazingly positive. I love it and it rides great. Haven’t had any issues and the battery has really held up over several years.I’ve just bought another straight from the dealer. I’ve had some questions and have for the most part gotten answers. I’ll follow up here after receiving the bike.

These guys are awesome! Customer service (Conrad) was a great experience. I have two Juiced bikes (RipRacer) (HyperScorpion) the build quality is top notch, and performance is insane. So much fun to ride! Two thumbs up from me!

Best bike I've ever owned. With winter gone I finally took my rip current S out for it's first ride. The power,the speed,and excellent handling for such a big bike I'm looking forward to making this my daily commuter. I rode 10 miles and it was amazing. The customer service has been amazing. They forgot one of my extra tubes I ordered and no questions asked it was shipped a few days later. I didn't want to spend this much on a bike but I feel so far it's been worth it.Thanks juiced support staff and all the staff for such a great bike.

want to thank everybody at Juiced. Christopher Alex and Rafael just to name a few all very helpful and supportive. love my CCs2 starting my second year with it . Have over 1200 miles on it. Made some modification to it. To make it more personalized. Put a suntour SR suspension seat post and a Bikaroo seat. Also a handlebar riser. wow it’s make a big difference. lot more comfortable.

I recently purchased a taillight for my bike, unfortunately there were issues with it. Contacted customer support and was asked for a picture and short video. After doing so, I received a response right away that the light was getting replaced. I just want to thank Juiced Bikes for doing the right thing and am really grateful for the great customer service I received from Support Specialist Kanani. Keep up the great work!!

I recently purchased 2 Rip Current S bikes for my wife and I. The Bikes, packaging, build quality and ease of assembly are terrific! And the Big Bonus is the customer Service, they have been OUTSTANDING in every category; responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate and competent. Each time I have had to reach out to Juiced customer support (twice now) they have been nothing but helpful and have also gone above and beyond to ensure that my issue is resolved and I am happy.Any items that I've needed replaced under warranty were done so without any question with no out of pocket expenses and their knowledgeable support staff also answer all of my questions whenever I have any.I've heard of some not so good experiences with Juiced CS in the past however it appears this has changed for the better and I have always had great experiences. I hope they keep up the good job with the clear improvements to customer care/support.
