Hands down one of the best smoke shops in Chula Vista right the heart of it all on Broadway and H this smoke shops owner takes personal pride and care that his customers not only receive great values and quality products but are treated with respect and leave the store feeling satisfied. Every time I visit he proves that he's more interested in satisfying his customers and running a good business then making a fortune. If you haven't visited this shop yet then you don't know smoke.

The older gentleman who works at this shop was a pleasure to do business with. His son however, was not. He lied right to my face about something as he was trying to sell it to me for about $40 over the going rate. He then lied to me about another product that he saw me looking at as it turned out to be the exact opposite of what he described. Clearly this man doesn't realize that dishonesty may get you the sale but it won't get you a returning customer. Had he have been honest, I'd continue to do business there and recommend them to people. Now, I would never go back there and I will make sure to inform people I know to stay away unless they want to get lied to and ripped off. There are literally hundreds of smoke shops, save yourself the time and money and steer clear of this one.

This smoke shop isn’t the one I normally go to but it will be from now on because of Marvin. He gave great customer service and didn’t hesitate to help us with an issue. Amazing experience! :)
